this place has everything you need. Kayaks, boat, dock, lakefront, porch, fire pit, grill, all utensils, every pot and pan you can imagine, towels, washer/dryer and more. Just bring your clothes!
If we need a place to stay in the Minoqua area again, THIS is the place we will look for first.
We had a great time. The property was beautiful, and the lakes views were amazing. We brought our bicycles and rode the trails in Minocqua and St. Germain. The countryside was so pretty. I would highly recommend this property for a great relaxing stay.
We enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room for our party of six. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, clean linens etc. only negative was the intense scent from all the glade plugins. I contacted owner who said they’d fix it right away. I hope so so we can come back and enjoy son.
The cabin was beautiful and location was great for fishing with a boat. We stayed with our adult teenage kids and they loved it. Ping pong and board games at night made the stay enjoyable. Close to town and gas stations, quiet and it had everything we needed including a gas grill. The only thing we did not like was the 9:00am check out (with 3 kids), which was a challenge, but we made it. Overall, the nicest cabin we have stayed at, very modern and clean inside.
Beautiful Home with everything you need for a relaxing time
Gorgeous home on the lake. Comfortable beds and absolutely everything you need for a relaxing time. Ping pong table was a hit with the teens. Host was excellent in communication throughout our stay and went above and beyond for accommodations for
Great spot for me and my husband and our five teenage grandchildren. Spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. There were plenty of local activities to entertain us. We all loved zip lining and visiting the zoo.
Everything was great from the start to the finish. Due to the baseball scheduled we needed an extra day and were easily able to make that happen. Everything that was provided down to the kitchen utensils were perfect! Hot tub was awesome after the cold weather on day one of the baseball tournament. Great location and overall amenities and experience. We will be back!
10/10, one of the more memorable locations in all my stays near Minocqua, worth every penny. The location, the house, the dock, everything was out of this world. Easy and fast communication with the owner, immaculate condition, barely had to go into town for anything! Just like it should be. I would recommend this property to anyone, for anytime of year, for any reason.
The cabin is beautiful, super clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed just sitting lakeside sipping wine and visiting with family. The weekend we booked was the weekend of Beef-a-rama. Which was also fun to attend in Minoqua.
Clean and plenty of room for our extended family - kitchen, living room, and lower level family room are big enough for people to gather. The pictures don’t overstate the size like many of rentals do. Great star gazing from the dock. Housekeeping wasn’t finished until after 5:00 when we arrived, but after that, it was great. We’d definitely come back.
We were impressed with this property. Beautiful lakeside view. They have a very nice dock i was able to park my 19 foot boat in. Caught many bluegills and bass. A little on the smaller side but still fun. Also it came with a ton of ammenities. Place was very clean and organized. We really liked the open kitchen with the big island in the middle of it. Beds were very comfortable. Owner even checked with us to make sure we had enough propane for the grill in the middle of our stay. He was very good at answering any questions we had in a timely manner. Also, its only a couple minute drive to the convenience store and only about a 10 minute drive to the downtown area. The lake is very clean so its great for swimming. The highlight of our trip was driving the boat to the sandbar and just hanging out in the water at the sand bars near shore. Turned on some music and some of us fished while there and some just relaxed and took in some sun. There was enough of these sand bars that we didnt have to wait for someone to leave before getting a spot. I would say this was one of our nicest properties weve stayed at in Northern Wisconsin. Look forward to hopefully returning sometime soon.
Clean, comfortable home with everything you need for a great vacation! Great communication with owner.
Details:
Very clean, upgraded “cabin”. Furniture is newer and good quality. Rachael Ray cookware & bakeware. Plenty of glasses and plastic cups for any size drink. Kitchen is stocked with just about anything routine you might need. Crockpot, cookie sheets, nesting bowls, pitcher, bakeware, tongs, spatulas, big spoons, etc.
Gas grill worked and even had a spare tank!
Docks on the lake were sturdy and perfect to keep our boat on and fish off of.
WiFi worked consistently which also meant the TV worked.
Only suggestion would be a stand or shelf on both sides of each bed instead of just one. But definitely not a deal breaker!
We were a group of 3 couples and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The home was clean, nicely furnished, and had many fun activities to partake in such as ping pong, kayaking, row boating, and corn hole. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. We loved using the kitchen, the jacuzzi tub and the basement game room. It was a wonderful place to spend with our family! We could have used a little more dish soap and some Clorox wipes but otherwise had everything we needed for our stay! Also, we would have liked to recycle but we weren’t sure where to take our recyclables, so maybe include instructions for that in the binder.
