Sehr schöne FeWo, aber…

Hallo Das Haus Mika in Extertal/Rott war eine sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Eine sehr gemütliche und ordentliche gepflegte Ferienwohnung wo jeder auf seine Kosten kommt und viel Ruhe vom stressigen Alltag erleben kann.Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und lädt zu vielen Freizeitaktivitäten für jede Altersgruppe ein.Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Personal vor Ort. Es gab Absprachen mit dem Eigentümer, die entweder nicht kommuniziert oder vergessen wurden. Diese Missverständnisse führten dazu, dass der Urlaub mit Überraschungen begann und damit endete, dass ich als Gast in Erklärungsnot kam, weil ich Informationen nicht weitergegeben hatte. Mein Problem hierbei ist, das ich und meine Begleitung vom Personal vor Ort als kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen Eigentümer und denen aktiv sein sollten und dies dann auch der Grund wäre, das zum einen mit Nachdruck getroffene Vereinbarungen eingehalten werden und zum anderen eine gewisse Rückerstattung finanzieller Natur erfolgen sollte.Fazit: Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist super und hat mir persönlich etwas Ruhe vom Alltag gebracht. Allerdings hat mir ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort am Ende mit seiner arroganten und respektlosen Art den Urlaub mit einem bitteren Nachgeschmack verdorben. Ich selbst werde das Haus Mika leider nicht mehr besuchen und kann diese Unterkunft auch niemandem weiterempfehlen, da sich das Personal vor Ort alles andere als kundenfreundlich verhalten hat.

Heerlijle vakantie in een mooie omgeving

We hebben 2 weken genoten in huisje Mika. Het was even verwarrend waar de sleutel hing, omdat we eerst bij het verkeerde huisnummer stonden. Het was een knus huis met alels wat we nodig hadden. In de tuin een zandbakje waar de kinderen in konden spelen. Er lag een briefje met winkels e.d met de adressen erbij. Bij vragen konden we de gastvrouw snel bereiken. We hebben genoten!

Geschwisterurlaub in schöner Umgebung

Die Unterkunft ist mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Für 5 Personen würde ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Leider ist die treppe ins obere Stockwerk sehr schmal und steil.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren wandern und haben Rinteln und Hameln besucht. Das Ferienhaus war dafür eine gute Ausgangsstation. Gut eingerichtet. Strom wird extra abgerechnet, hielt sich aber in Grenzen. Uns hat es gut gefallen :)

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Enkelkindern im Extertal, es hat uns sehr gefallen🤗

Da wir nur 3 Tage dort waren und das Wetter auch nicht so schön war, konnten wir die Gegend nicht erkunden. Waren im Safariland Stukenbrock und Externsteine, dass hatten wir vorab mit den Enkelkindern geplant. Abends hatten wir gemütlich am Kamin gesessen und mit den Enkelkindern gespielt, es waren 3 schöne Tage👌💯👏

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in wunderschönener Umgebung. Leider haben auch wir den nicht offensichtlichen Hinweis auf die zusätzlichen Stromkosten (auch Fußbodenheizung läuft über Strom) nicht gesehen. Die zusätzlichen Kosten haben uns geärgert.

Kurzurlaub im Februar

Nettes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung. Sehr gute Ausstattung, einziges Manko, wir kamen im Februar in ein völlig ausgekühltes Haus, das mit Kaminofen und Fußbodenheizung 24 h brauchte um warm zu werden. Das Strom extra abgerechnet wird wäre eine Notiz wert gewesen.

Gemütliches Häuschen in schöner Lage

Ich war zu Jahresbeginn für drei Nächte mit meinen beiden Kindern in diesem gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Häuschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Strom wird extra abgerechnet, was sich in unserem Fall mit knapp 25 Euro inklusive abendlicher Saunanutzung aber auch in Grenzen hielt. Dafür war auch schon ein bisschen Kaminholz vorhanden, mit dem wir ganz gut ausgekommen sind. Auf die Elektroheizungen konnten wir weitgehend verzichten (nur die Fußbodenheizungen haben wir ein bisschen genutzt). Wir kommen gerne wieder!
