Lovingly renovated apartment with large balcony right on the dyke

The apartment house Seestern is in a quiet location, right on the dike. There are enough parking spaces in front of the house.

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor. It is 51 square meters and consists of a large living room with an integrated kitchen, bedroom, shower / toilet and a south-west facing loggia (about 9 square meters).
The bathroom was completely renovated in early 2019!
There are 2 sleeping places in the bedroom (double bed) and two in the living room (1 sofa bed with 1.40 m lying area and a pull-out sofa with a lying area of 1.20 m).
The apartment is comfortably furnished with a flat-screen TV, radio, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

It is only a few meters to the dike. In a few minutes you are on foot in the place where you will find cafes, restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. You will also find the Centerparks holiday complex with a fun pool, sauna and much more here.

Ruhe hinter grünem Deich
Eine sehr angenehme Wohnung im Hochparterre. Der Blick geht zum Deich, aber nicht aufs Meer. Der Ortskern mit Restaurants ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, der Strandzugang auch. Zum Supermarkt muss man fahren; der angebliche Supermarkt im Ortskern ist ein übergroßer Andenkenladen. Leider gibt es keinen überdachten Fahrradstellplatz. Der digitalisierte Wohnungseingang und der "normale" Schlüssel ist eine Zumutung, der immer wieder Stress macht. (Ich habe einen Schlafsack im Auto deponiert, falls ich die Tür nicht aufbekomme.)

Das Wohnung okay, für zwei Leute besser als für drei,obwohl das Sofa zum schlafen gut sein soll, der Schrank ist zu klein, selbst für zwei. Ansonsten kann man dort gut entspannen, Burhave, ca 30 Minuten mit dem Strandläufer,ist sehr schön und gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung im Appartementhaus Seestern war genau so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Da das Wetter nicht so toll war haben wir uns auch öfter in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung und den Landstrich Butjadingen für Leute die Erholung suchen nur empfehlen. Viele Grüße

Insgesamt eine schöne moderne Wohnung. Leider ließ sich die Nachtstrom-Heizung nicht einschalten. So war es es etwas kühl. Sonst war alles vorhanden.

Das Apartment war okay, nachdem ich allen Staub und Spinngewebe entfernt hatte.
Sind okay., hätte mir gewünscht das wenigstens die Kurkarten und ein Schlüssel für die Mülltonnen in der Ferienwohnung liegen, sind auch nicht nachträglich gebracht worden trotz Telefonat.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit schönem Balkon in toller Lage hinterm Deich!
Ruhige schöne Lage aber dennoch nah am Geschehen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder im Ort wo viele gute Restaurants, ein Bäcker und der Center Park mit Schwimmbad zu finden ist. Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und alles in Ordnung. Nur der Kühlschrank ist ziemlich alt und das WLAN hat gefehlt. Was uns aber jetzt kaum gestört hat. Kommunikation war auch super. Gerne wieder!

Eine sehr ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Geschehens.
Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt gut, aber es gab mehrere kleine Probleme, die zusammen für einige Unannehmlichkeiten sorgten. Das Management wurde benachrichtigt, so dass diese Dinge hoffentlich korrigiert werden. Das Fewo-Wohnzimmer ist groß, das Schlafzimmer angemessen und das Bad klein. Das Layout der Küchenzeile ist nicht sehr praktisch, wenn Sie planen, oft zu kochen. Das fehlende WLAN war ein großer Minuspunkt, da das Internetsignal über unseren Provider ziemlich schwach oder nicht immer verfügbar war. Was uns am besten gefallen hat, war der Blick nach Westen vom Balkon aus. Die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Damm waren atemberaubend.

Soweit war alles okay. In der Wohnung haben wir WLAN vermisst. Gehört heute eigentlich schon dazu. Im Ort sind wir sehr gut Fisch essen gegangen. Fahrradwege waren gut. Die Ruhe genossen.

Die Einrichtung etwas altbacken und 80 er Jahre. Es war aber alles vorhanden und im guten Zustand (Töpfe, Teller, Besteck etc.) Alles war auch im genügender Stückzahl vorhanden. Großes Manko, das Bett, alt und am Knarren. Mein Freund ist mit seinen 90 kg auf seiner Seite versunken, schätzen mal Lattenrost alt und Matratze komplett durchgelegen

Super Fahrradurlaub
Die Wohnung ist direkt hinter dem Deich. Die Fahrradwege sind toll ausgebaut für jeden ist was dabei. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für zwei Leute braucht . Einen tollen Balkon. Sie liegt etwas ruhiger . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht soweit entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl und werden bestimmt nochmal hinfahren.
