With a separate entrance, approximately 1200 sq/ft.
-Fully furnished with carpet in bedroom, and tiled floors throughout living/kitchen area complete with convection oven, induction burner, sink and a full sized kitchen fridge
-Dinning area

-TV with Netflix access
-Desktop Computer (internet ready) with reading table
BBQ stand with accessories for a brilliant day under the summer sun
The Space:
This is a private suite with separate entrance. Guests can use entire suite.
The Neighborhood:
Our place is close to public transport and restaurants and dining.
Its also good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers
Interaction with Guests:
There is a wonderful family living upstairs, you won't ever know they are around. Super Quiet always
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $250 TO BE COLLECTED FROM GUEST UPON ARRIVAL
No walking with shoes in the house, this helps to keep our floor in good shape.
Dishes should be washed after use.
-No smoking (Fines of $250 charged to Guest)
- No Incense of any sort (Fines of $250 charged to Guest)
- No Pets
- No parties or events allowed.
No Shoes allowed on carpet in the apartment. All shoes to be kept in shoe tray by doorway.
A lot of neighbours work very early, so quiet times must be observed to respect them. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am
