We loved our stay in Charlestown. The place was clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were relaxing. We loved hanging on the back sunroom. Would recommend!!!

Great house!

This was our second stay at this house, and we will definitely rent it again! Beautifully decorated. Clean. Great bathrooms. We walked every day around the beautiful neighborhood. My mom Three restaurants within walking distance are a plus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!!

Perfect weekend getaway

The listing was exactly as described. The 4 bedroom 3 bath home was perfect for our 2 families. Plenty of space inside and outside. The location was even better than expected. Great views of the water. Thanks for providing a great property for our family and friends.

Wonderful for multiple families!

Great place for multiple families to stay. Property was clean and had the basics- appreciated the welcome binder. Spacious and bathroom showers were fantastic. Walking distance to a few local fun restaurants. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the weather. Property owner responsive and easy to communicate with throughout booking. Would definitely stay here again,

Beautiful house near the river.

Very nice house. Only caveat is that there is a large restaurant next to the house with live outdoor music on the weekends. If you have young children with early bedtimes the music could be problematic.

Charlestown Stay

Our family stayed at the Water View House for our daughter’s college grad weekend. The home is clean, updated and very comfortable. We arrived a little early and just let us check in.Great neighborhood to walk around in with the water down the street. Great food at local restaurants. We would definitely return.

Beautiful Lake House

The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is great. The beach and boat launch are a block from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend in this home.

Girls' weekend

This home is beautiful, very nicely decorated! It was nice to have bedrooms away from the main area as not everyone in our group are early risers. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and there were plenty, so there was no waiting for a bathroom. The area is nice, evening music at the restaurant next door which we enjoyed on the patios. The half-block to the beach made things convenient, and we enjoyed eating at the River Shack next door. We DEFINITELY will rent this again next year!

Outstanding Property in Charlestown

The property was as advertised and even better. The bathrooms have been updated and are beautiful. The bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Great location next to The Wellwood. Will come back again!

Great family place!

This place is just perfect for a family getaway! There is so much room for privacy but it has a wonderful enclosed porch for being together. We loved the view of the water and the proximity to that and the restaurants. It is in a very nice neighborhood. Loved the ability to adjust individual room air! The only drawback was the lack of some amenities that we are accustomed to in previous rentals. There was no coffee pot or salt and pepper and there are limited towels - especially hand towels. Overall a great place and we would choose again if we are ever in the area.

Adorable Clean Home

This house was perfect to host our 2 families and was super convenient to the events we were in the area for. The remodel was well thought out and the bathrooms were beautiful. The porch was fabulous. We also loved the individual a/c units in the bedrooms.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was so much bigger in person than it looks online. Everything is nice and new, in perfect condition, and so so clean. There were three of us who chose Charlestown for a Cousins Weekend, and it was perfect. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space to spare. Beautiful waterfront parks, restaurants within walking distance. We spent most of our time on the enclosed porch, great view and so cozy.

Beautiful home, great historic neighborhood. Water is steps away…

The house is beautifully decorated. We loved the sunroom and the view of the river. Bedrooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful and had great showers. We enjoyed being so close to 3 different restaurants and loved listening to the live entertainment from The Wellwood! Excellent seafood! The beach is steps away and enjoyed walking the historic neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing was there was no hot tub as was in the description. (it was in the high 90s so we probably wouldn’t have used anyway). We discovered Havre de Grace and loved this little town. Go to La Cucina! Excellent Italian food!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

UD Grad Weekend

UD Graduation weekend stay. 7 adults. House was clean. Everything in working order.. Responsive host. Nice views of the river. Good Food at the Rivershack and Wellwood within walking distance. Friendly quiet neighborhhod. Would stay here again if the need arises

Misleading

I am a first time VRBO user and excited about this trip we were in from out of town for our son's wedding, my biggest complaint would be that the instruction manual at the house was pretty vague in how to use the AC/Heating units, that parking in the street in not allowed, that was not in the manual.Yep has beds for 8 people but not extra linens for pillows if needed, 6 cups for coffee so hopefully not everyone wants coffee, I was not aware I needed to bring trash bags, none in the house, hopefully you don't want to sit together in the same room as not one room has seating for 8 and the island table seats 5. Terrible pans for cooking, I understand you don't want things stolen but dollar store pans? Really. That is one of the attractions of staying at a VRBO to be able to cook some meals. Neighbor is a mechanic and is pretty loud during the day. Beautiful view and area

Perfect spot

We were very impressed with the property. We were staying together as a family (parents, children, grandchildren) for one of the children's weddings in Havre de grace. The proximity to everything was great, quiet and quaint little town. Large bathrooms, and all the accomodations. ONLY thing lacking is living room space for 8 adults and 2 kids less than 2, but we made do and still hung out! Beautiful rooms. Becky was very responsive.

Relaxing and beautiful stay

We came to the area for a wedding in Havre de Grace and wanted to make it a weekend getaway. The home was perfect for the six of us— two couples with our young children. Plenty of parking, immaculately clean, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely neighborhood. Kids loved playing on porches and walks to the water. As others have stated, bring extra kitchen supplies if you’re cooking a lot. Thanks for a wonderful stay— we would love to come again!

Baseball tournament getaway!

My extended family and I stayed here while traveling back and fourth to Aberdeen to the Ripken complex for my son’s baseball tournament. It was such a nice getaway after long days of baseball games. The house was spacious and well remodeled for all of us and the location to the water, restaurants, and more was perfect! We loved the town of Charlestown and will definitely consider staying here again!
