Recently Renovated. Mattresses, Furniture and Decor. Located about 10 minutes from the Disney Properties. About 15- 20 min to Seaworld, 20- 25 min to Universal. Onsite the community is gated with 24 hour security and a clubhouse with Mini Store and Work Out room, Arcade, Splash pad, large resort style pool with 2 hot tubs and Tiki Bar. This home is located across the street from these amenities and the clubhouse!! Inside the home is decorated for families who want to enjoy the magic of the area and what local theme parks have to offer. 4 Bedrooms 3 baths allow for space for groups up to 10 to get ready quickly. Very close and convenient to stores and restaurants of all types.

Spacious for a fun family vacay!

The rental overall was nice and spacious for a group of seven that fit all of our needs and was in a good location. The only issue we had is that there were no extra basic necessities like toilet paper or garbage bags, we were expected to supply them ourselves.

Fantastic

We stayed at the property for 7 days and we had everything we needed. There are lots of extra towels, bedsheets and utensils. It was very homey. We loved that the house is Disney themed, very clean and close to disney. The private pool is awesome and my kids loved it. We will definitely book again if we come back to Disney.

Great location, great townhouse

Enjoyed are stay at this townhouse. It was very clean upon arrival, well stocked kitchen and bath accessories. The decorations were amazing, really gave a wonderful Disney vibe. We had plenty of room in the unit and convenient to the clubhouse and pool area. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay again when we plan our next Disney vacation.

Perfect home!

We stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and really enjoyed all of the amenities. The little private pool in the backyard was a great after long days at Disney and the clubhouse pool was very fun for the kids as well. Great communication with the owner and House had all the supplies we needed..

Quick trip to Disney to celebrate a “littles” birthday. The house was perfect for us with amazing extra details. Location and neighborhood were perfect for our park days. Definitely recommend this house and hope it’s available on our next trip.

Great location!!

To be honest there was only one complaint and its just something to add for those from the north that dont usually have pools. The screen door had a alarm on it and we werent aware of it, so first scared us, lol, then we were worried that it was a securty alarm for the house. The phone number we called helped fast and then we understood what it was, but maybe add it to your list of included items as its a great tool for those little kids. But the property was amazing!!!

My family and I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our Disney trip. The second you walk into the condo you feel as if you have already arrived at Disney World with all of the special touches the host has added onto the condo. Perfect for our needs

Great 2 week stay at this property. Easy check in process on a great community with a house fully equipped with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Only one niggle we had was the lights from the main pool and tennis courts were very bright and were not turned off at night. This could be easily rectified with a pair of curtains on the 2 front windows of the house. Other than that it was fab.

2 words "ceiling fans" the house was clean and well furnished. what they don't tell you in the description is they expect you to keep the house at 90* when you are not there, and 75* when you are there, I didn't expect to have to swelter when on vacation. take it from a life long construction worker, if you have to worry about an HVAC unit freezing up, it's under sized. there are no ceiling fans, but there are some very loud box fans available if you so choose. we had problems checking in but it was not the hosts fault. the hosts were very responsive, and fixed the problem with the on site check in instantly.

Our stay was excellent at this Disney Themed home. Everything was clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Lots of space. Loved both the private pool and the resort pool. It was 20-30 minutes from Sea World and Aquatica so it was convenient to everything, but comfortable for our family! Thank you for all the details that made this such a nice stay like pool towels, themed towels and rooms. We loved it!

2020 vacation revised

This Disney vacation was to happen in 2020. COVID hit and it was postponed. This VRBO was more than we hoped for. Convenient, clean, lots of amenities. It was well worth it.

Perfect Get Away

We stayed for four nights. There was plenty of room for my family. We opted for the heated pool as we had kids and the weather(spring) would be questionable. The process for using the public facility was easy. We wished that there was a different way to access this without keeping a band on your wrist for the duration. It was a great location, clean, and quiet. Very Well DECORATED.
