Woodham Dairy Farm House was built in 1912 and is located in the beautiful hills of Sonora, CA. The guesthouse is a 1 bedroom 1 bath positioned in the most perfect area on the 4.25 acre property. Enjoy the breathless sunsets, dancing stars and the occassional sheep or horse walking by the front porch. This guest house has a queen size bed in the master room and a sofabed in the living room, perfect for a small family or a couple. Black Oak Casino is 5 miles from the home and we're about 10 to 15 minutes away from Downtown Sonora. Yosemite is about 45 minutes away and there's countless lakes and rivers nearby. Come enjoy the farmhouse lifestyle!

Quiet cute farm house charm

Very nice little getaway for a couple very quiet and super clean, has everything you need. Owners are super nice! Can’t wait to come back. If I could I would give this place 10 stars!!!
