The cabin was very nice. Just what I had thought it to be. Our biggest problem was getting to the cabin. I am semi-handicapped and use a walker. It was difficult to push the walker up the hill. Otherwise, we loved being there. Would love to come back but use a more accessible cabin. moreacVrelaxing

Very pretty

We did have some checkin issues. Our code to get in was not accurate. I’m guessing our neighbors thought our room was theirs and tried their code so often that we were locked out. But then I had to call 13 times (4 different #s) to get help. I was on hold for way too long. We also found dirty socks in the recliner. Lol. No big deal. These things happen. Overall….we will be back.

Long weekend

Location was fairly easy to find. Only downside was the parking & starting up the sidewalk as the parking was on the side of a hill so it was a tad tricky getting out of the car if you were in the high side…needed someone to hold the door so those in that side could get out easier. Starting up the sidewalk seemed steep would potentially be harder for those with mobility issues To get onto the sidewalk. Needed to have unit numbers displayed so that you could more easily figure out which one was yours, finally saw that they were written above the door in permanent marker in the last evening. Back porch was amazing. Would stay again depending who was traveling with.

Friends getaway

Felt like the place was extremely hard to find (directions given were poor), and to add to that when we did find it, there were no numbers on the outside of each porch like was seen in others. Very few kitchen items available for use. The place inside was very nice with a great outdoor porch. Comfortable beds and nice furniture.

This cabin was close to all that Branson has to offer. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Will be back!

Christmas at a Thousand Hills Golf Resort

Stayed 5 wonderful nights at our cabin. (Should have stayed longer!) our favorite about this property that brings us back time and again…quiet seclusion, fireplace, cleanliness of the property and very friendly and helpful staff. And, the Branson shows are always entertaining!

LOVE THE LOCATION OF THIS PROPERTY AND THAT IT IS CLOSE TO THE STRIP AND SHOPPING AND DINING. CHECKING IN WAS A DIFFICULT PROCESS. CABIN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY AT 4 P.M. WE WERE AT THE CHECK IN OFFICE AT 3:50 AND WE TOLD THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT READY AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO CALL US. AT 5 P.M. WE CALLED THE OFFICE BACK AND WERE STILL TOLD THE CABIN WAS NOT READY. WE WERE TRANSFERRED TO A MANAGER'S VOICE MAIL ON THE FIRST CALL AND THEN ON THE 2ND CALL WE WERE TRANSFERRED TO SOMEONE THAT WENT AHEAD AND GAVE US THE ENTRY CODE SO THAT WE COULD GET OUR LUGGAGE UNLOADED AND FRESHEN UP AFTER A 4 HOUR DRIVE. WHEN THE HOST REACHED OUT THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS NORMAL THAT THE CABIN WOULD NOT BE READY EVEN AN HOUR AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.

Sisters trip

This is our second stay at the cabins at Thousand Hills. We absolutely loved it. The cabins are tucked away in the Theater District and you would never know you are not out in the woods. They are quiet, comfy and cozy. Both stays we saw deer wander through the property! The check in/out are very convenient. The concierge is always on hand to assist with whatever comes your way. We highly recommend booking the cabins. We will be staying again next year as we celebrate our 16th annual sisters trip to beautiful Branson, Mo.

The cabin is very nice, decorated nice, we did some cooking, everything we needed was there for that. One bathroom has double shower heads in it, I thought that was cool. I didn't like the long line to check in, I'm use to being given a code, not having to check in like a hotel. It felt like being in the woods, it was pretty quiet, but it is right in the middle of everything going on in Branson, so it is super convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Don’t want to stay there again

First night washing machine leaked, flooding the dinning room/kitchen area. We cleaned up with towels. A manager did call us back and came to the location but was unable to bring towels because there were no towels at the office. Repair men came the next day and said it would be a couple of days before they could get the part needed to repair the machine. I was told that we couldn’t be moved to another place but they would allow us to wash at the club house. Who wants to sit somewhere waiting for clothes when you have been out all day. We were told that they would bring clean towels daily which they brought to us the Friday morning and did not bring them again.
