This is a self check in Villa located very close to Disney, a perfect choice for family and friends wanting an Orlando vacation. Our movie room makes you feel like you are in a theater. Game room with arcade games and much more. This home also has a private POOL and SPA that can be heated, so you don't need to leave your house to have fun.

Not what we expected

The property was not as I expected. It was really dirty and rundown.The barbecue that they provided was like for 4 burgers.There was no rags or soap to clean..Pool was really dirtyFurniture was old and dirtyTVs didn’t workOverall, it was not what we expected

Nightmare in Orlando

This trip will keep me away from Orlando for a long time. My family loves to travel. We took a weekend trip to Orlando to visit Universal Studios for my son’s 13th birthday. We invited 2 of his friends to come along and my daughter brought a friend. We also extended the invitation to grandparents. This property advertised heated pool and spa. I thought that would be fun for everyone. I found out after i booked that there was a $40/day fee for heating. No problem. I asked that it be heated for my stay. They had no problem charging me the $80 for 2 nights stay. When we arrived, it was not heated. I reached out to the property owner and they gave me some excuse that it takes 48 hours to heat. After reading some other reviews it would seem the heating element at the property was broken and they knowingly took my money and never refunded it. This is theft. That was strike one. This was touted as an 8 bedroom luxury home. At first glance from the pictures the property looks very nice. When you arrive in person, it’s lipstick on a pig. The oven is broken and almost burned down the house the first night we used it to cook some lasagna. The pots and pans in the house are something someone found in a dumpster. You could find nicer cookware at a second hand store. The microwave was held up with duct tape. The “game room” was a closed in garage with a mini split AC unit that wasn’t working. We removed the filter and cleaned it and it began working. We woke up to 2 cars missing. Nightmare

Security

We had a challenge with security booting our vehicle. We were parked improperly but they put the warning on the vehicle windshield at 11 pm and the vehicle was being booted at 1am. We request at least a knock on the door especially since security goes through the neighborhood on a regular basis. We had been there a couple of days and saw them they saw us and said nothing.

Golf Trip with Friends

I organized our annual golf trip (8 men 50 + years old), and the home was the size we required. The place was clean, matched online photos and as described. Overall comfortable and above average from a few homes I’ve booked in the past. A few small adjustments could have definitely taken the property to another level. WiFi was poor/pillows and towels were not good quality/toilet paper terrible/ china and cutlery poor quality/pool table was available but pool sticks had NO tips so not usable/ QR Code for gate access was confusing as information was sent late / asked about heating the pool on 2nd day no response from host / only 1 of 3 communications were answered by host during stay…none were emergencies but a response would have been appreciated. Would definitely still book property again, as it’s was great value, had good amenities and above average. Potential to be amazing!

Bad vacation rental christmas was not christmas

On this stay at this property on check in the home was not clean the carpet was dirty. The chairs was dirty at the table the bar and in the living room also the sofa. The owner did sent cleaning the next day christmas eve and maintenance to fix a leaking dishwasher. Then on christmas day the oven stop working maintenance came for a 2nd time could not fix the oven this was not good but we made the best of it would not stay here again.

The host responded in a timely manner anytime our group needed something; The home was very spacious and accommodating for all of our guests who were apart of this trip. It was a couple of minor things that could be an easy fix, a couple of tv’s didn’t work the tv would come on but the channel wouldn’t change also in the Game room one of the games were broken but these were minor things that didn’t affect the overall stay at this home; I would recommend this place and I would stay here again

Mini Family Getaway

I enjoyed this property! It’s a good area and very spacious with many rooms to accommodate a large group of people. The movie theater is nice and enjoyable. Only thing I wish the pool was cleaned to use during our stay. Overall it was a nice place.

Great place for a family vacation

This villa was in a great location, all amusement parks within a 15-30 minute drive. It had lots of room for everyone. The younger group enjoyed the game room and theater room. The contact person was super helpful and responded quickly when asking questions or if a problem arose. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Fiesta

This property delivers! We had our family of 14 ranging in ages 10-72 and we all had an amazing time together in this home. There was plenty of room for us all to feel very comfortable. The property was clean, nicely decorated and supplied well with linens. The pool and spa were clean and we enjoyed the patio. We enjoyed a couple of late night movies in the theater room, but the big hit was the arcade/game room. This is a great rental for families and I would definitely stay again.

Accurate Listing and a great stay!

The listing was accurate. We enjoyed our stay and had great communication with our hosts. When we arrived, one of the arcade games was broken. The property manager had reached out to us shortly after our arrival to see how we liked the place, and when we mentioned about the broken arcade game, they sent someone out right away to fix it. Quick response, good price, and just what we needed. The heated pool option was a nice touch as well :)

Where do I start?

I'm am disheartened to even have to leave a bad review...... Let me start by saying overall the cleaning crew did a good job on the house (ie. Bathrooms, kitchen, etc.), and the beds were decent. Our stay was during the Christmas week and paid holiday prices if you know what I mean. With that being said the carpet was atrocious and filthy and stained. I was embarrassed my guests had to come in to that. We repeatedly complained about the carpet and was met with "the previous guests were responsible and we plan to renovate after the holiday season ". We came in to an empty hot tub which was alarming....it however was rectified the very next day. I was just shocked we weren't given a heads up. The house sleeps 16 and NOT ONE pot or boiler was stocked. It was very difficult to cook for a large crowd and we had to go out and purchase pots. The oven went out and was not able to be fixed during our stay. The repair guy brought us a counter top convection oven, obviously we couldn't bake for a large group. The theater seats were broken beyond repair, with stuffing hanging out. Someone attempted to staple them back together. We complained and was again met with "the previous renters did that." I was just disappointed that no constulation or credit was offered. We were told we could get a discount on the newly renovated home if we come back. At this rate we don't even trust the owners.

An Awesome visit in March!

My family and I had an awesome time during our stay. We enjoyed the clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious vacation home. The host responded very quickly to issues we had with the pool needing additional cleaning, batteries for the remotes, connecting the cable boxes with the smart tv’s and the broken game in the game rooms . All of the above were rectified quickly with the exception of the broken game in the game room. Overall the host quick responsiveness and ability to resolve problems effectively made up for any initial issues we had with in the vacation home. Omar and his team went out their way to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves and that our stay was a success. Thank you for your time and consideration Omar!

Great Vacaction

Stayed here on our annual family golf trip. A wonderful home with everything you’d need for a large group. Everything was clean and fresh. Movie room and game rooms were a nice addition as well. We’d definitely stay here again.
