Welcome to the great outdoors! This home features several amenities to help you enjoy your time out in this little mountain town. The entire group can come together on the deck and cook up some delicious grub on the private gas grill while the sun shines. When the weather outside is frightful, the wood-burning stove is so delightful. The private washer/dryer can help keep all the swimsuits organized and ready to go. Come and enjoy the sounds of birdsong from this delightful mountain town retreat!

The Bird House is located in the neighborhood of West Village, walking distance into the beautiful town of Shaver - perfect for picking up an al pastor tacos from Osito's Mexican Pub before heading up to the lake. Shaver Lake itself (if you're going the way of Dorabelle Picnic Site) is just shy of a mile away. OR Shaver Lake itself (if you're going the way of Camp Edison Day Use Beach) is just one mile away. Be sure to visit the Central Sierra Historical Society for history lessons and photo opps on the weekends, also just one mile from the home!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
