With being only 1 MILE away from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, Philips Arena, and The World Congress Center. This is a safe, cozy, and clean space right in the middle of everything you need and want in Atlanta.

It's great if you want solitude and need to focus but also close enough to the night life to have a great time and commute safely. I’m always available and nearby. The place does have surveillance on the outside of the door. Please be mindful when booking.

Nice but costly!

The unit is very nice and is downtown. However, there were some things we found out after booking: 1. ) the cost between selecting the unit and checking out the price ballooned 3x due to fees here and there. 2.) in the pictures for the unit it was 3 beds displayed and the unit is listed to have 3 bedrooms. When my friends & I arrived this is a 1 bedroom and a loft. There were beds for 2 people to sleep. There was a twin mattress in the bedroom closet or futon that let down into a bed for our other friend not a full/queen that was shown. 3.) the host seemed to be the most active in communicating in ways related to soliciting additional money. They reached out the day of check to confirm the number of guest then “offer to modify reservation” so they can change you $25 per adult. We arrived late and had a small issue getting in that we were able to figure out. We didn’t get a response then, but got a message in the middle of the night regarding check out and soliciting more money for a late check out.

Restless nights

Only one room has privacy not ideal for two or more couples. Had a ceiling leak coming from upstairs plumbing in lone bedroom. Constant noise from boxing gym, basement gathering with loud music well into the nights, and loft bed is about 5 feet from ceiling you can hear above tenants constant movement, conversations, and plumbing draining(pipes above bed) which makes it hard to sleep peacefully. If peace is what you’re looking for it may come as a challenge throughout your stay. But the location is perfect, unit is clean, and smells refreshing upon entrance.

The description it's not true

First: the publication is a lie ... I paid for 3 rooms and there were only 2 ... it says capacity for 10 and it is not true. Second: the main room has a leak which, when calling the owner, was never resolved. Third: there were only 4 towels in poor condition for 10 people. Four: there were not enough sheets and the apartment had a very very bad smell. Fifth: the apartment was not clean, the beds were in poor condition, the sofa bed was dirty and the kitchen did not have enough utensils... in short I do not recommend this apartment... it is central, it is close to the Mercedes Benz, but it is not a very good area to walk after 8:00 pm. This should be advertised in the posts.

Very nice

Very nice, clean (especially the bathroom) , spacious environment. Kind of noisy but the noise is light therefore it’s definitely tolerable.

Great location

Property is perfectly located close to anything in Atlanta. We walked to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. The Property was clean and had everything for a nice stay. We were a little disappointed in the 3rd bed situation. It was a mattress you place on the floor and there were no sheets for it. We looked where it said extra linens were, but there wasn't anything. It was late so we did not contact the owner. I'm assuming it would have been taken care of had we made the call, but we just placed blankets on it. Unfortunately, the city traffic was very loud as well as the upstairs neighbor who did not stop stomping or bouncing a ball until well after 3am. I am not sure if this is the normal tenant or a visitor like us. I'm sure the owner has no control over the other tenants. The property was very secure as you needed a code to enter building or parking. The blinds in the apartment didn't keep out any light so even at night the street lights lit up the whole apartment. We are from the county so this bothered us, but the blinds did block from people on the street looking in. All in all it is a great property. We likely would not stay again due to the loud neighbors, but if you can get past that, definitely a must stay!!!!!!

Nice loft...bad neighbors

Positives: location of loft itself was awesome you are right in the middle of everything in atlanta and for me and my wifes trip that made everything a 15 minute drive to get wherever you wanted to go which was awesome. The loft itself had most all amenities you would need and was very clean. The owner was very responsive and took care of us promptly with a small issue we had. Negatives: beds in loft were older and worn in to the point it wasnt a comfortable nights sleep. There is a street light lamp located right outside the master bedroom which even with the curtains closed brightened up the room. If you need it dark to sleep. good luck. The location of the room in the building is right near the main entrance so everytime somebody comes in and out it sounds like they are entering into the apartment itself. If you thought getting sleep was tough enough the neighbors made it virtually impossible. The nextdoor neighbors had a domestic outing 2 nights there argueing until atleast 3 am. The upstairs neighbors bathroom pipes ran right into the master bedroom. Those neighbors had kids which would run around and use the bathroom every hour so you would hear water running all night. If you happened to catch yourself home during the daytime one neighbor would listen to music very loudly and the other would sing opera for hours to drown out the other neighbor. So needless to say unless you turned up the tv very loudly to calm down and watch a show or if you were just trying to get some rest and relaxation it made it virtually impossible. Overall though the host was great and the location of the loft being right in the heart of atlanta was a gift to us as we have never been to atlanta before. That being said dont plan on getting any much needed rest and relaxation there as the other tenents were loud and there was even construction going across the street so if were able to fall asleep through all the noise you were woken up at 7am by the construction workers. Overall 2.5-3 stars. i dont fault the property owner they have done their best to make the accommodations worth being there but the things that were not under her control were deffinitely tough to get by.
