Gorgeous four-bedroom suites home appointed with top-of-the-line appliances, flooring, fixtures, and furnishings located atop the prestigious, Gold Coast Estates community, and just 2 minutes boat ride from the river. You'll find superlative designs, exceptional finishes, and modern amenities in this absolutely breathtaking luxury home with an awe-inspiring infinity pool and spa of a total length of 54 ft. = 16.5 meters on a 2-level pool area and spectacular sunsets and views of the wide saltwater canal.
With over 12,939 of indoor/outdoor spaces and 3,069 sq. ft. under air, this spacious and sophisticated home is perfect for families or a group of friends. The 5-Zone A/C offers you the perfect control of each suite and also the living area individually, to get everyone his or her personal comfortable temperature for a good night's sleep.
Feel the touch of the Caribbean/Mediterranean throughout the house, including a spacious lanai off the formal living room area. Enjoy a glass of wine below the nice tiki hut on our huge boat dock while taking in the spectacular sunset while the chef in your group prepares a marvelous meal.
This one-level, contemporary Mediterranean/Caribbean-style villa has been completed and designed with an open floor living space and a spacious kitchen with professional-grade appliances and equipment. 3 out of the 4 suites have direct pool access and 2 are even same-sized main suites. It is available to rent as a 4-bedroom suite home, for large families and groups we supply up to 2 very comfortable inflatable queen-size beds to sleep you all.
Boaters are very welcome to bring their own boat, a boat ramp is just around the corner and there is plenty of space to tie up any size boat at our oversized boat dock.
Overlooking the wide canals, especially during sunsets you won't find more impressive views, a better convenient to reach location or more luxurious and fully equipped accommodation in Cape Coral. You might wish to know that in this location there are no see-ums and barely any mosquitoes compared to the SW part of Cape Coral. For your safety there are a Ring Doorbell and 2 audio Ring cameras (above the garage and left from the garage) covering the driveway and entrance way. There is a sign in the front yard.
Please note that the admin fee is USD 6/night/guest plus tax, min. USD 160/week plus 11.5% tax. If you book a stay with 2 or 3 guests the system does not calculate this correctly and we have to charge you the difference separately in the system. We usually rent from Saturdays on a weekly basis.
The current electric rate is USD 0.20/kWh + 11.5% tax and can change anytime without notice.

BOAT DOCK; TIKI HUT and CAPTAIN's WALK

There is a paved walkway from the lower pool area to the 103.5 ft. long captain’s walk and to the big boat dock of a length of approx. 65 ft / 20m, where you may moor a boat of up to 80 ft. The huge front part of the dock is ideal to catch the sun and there is also a nice tiki hut to relax. Enjoy the sunsets with an ice-cold Coca-Cola or another good beverage and watch the dolphins or fish play.
