The views of the Intracoastal Waterway are spectacular and the rooftop patio provides endless space and room for the entire family to relax. A total of four outdoor spaces include: two patios on the main floor, a private outdoor balcony off of the master bedroom, and the rooftop. Aprproximately 10 mins to the beach.

My wife and I, along with our two kids, absolutely love to travel. During 2020 we were reluctant to travel so we purchased a vacation home so that we could get away from our normal day-to-day and escape to the beach. Since purchasing the home we have traveled to the home and it truly was an oasis for us.
We fall in love with the views of the ICW. The water can be seen from the sofa, kitchen, guest bedroom, and all four of the outdoor spaces. Watching the boats and jet skis cruise down the ICW is so relaxing. The kids love that the beach is so close. We have gotten up several times to catch the sunrise on the beach.
The rooftop is my favorite place of the home. Rather taking in the breathtaking views of the water, looking at the golfers tee off, or soaking up some sun rays, you will never get tired of this.
We are just beginning to make our home available to the public now that we are getting a better handle on the COVID-19. We know that anyone that stays here will love it as much as we do.
