The house is located in a quiet residential area on one level on 1004 square meters of enclosed property with pool and beautiful covered terrace with dining area.
Spacious living room with sofa, TV armchair, satellite TV, dining area, direct access to the garden or Terrace, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, gr. Fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, enough cooking utensils and dishes. 4 bedrooms each with a double bed (1.40 m). Roller shutters ensure a good night's sleep.
1 bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink and 1 bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet and double sink, and 1 toilet / sink separately,
Washing machine available. Garden furniture, pool loungers, parasol and barbecue. INTERNET WIFI (free of charge)
Approximately 10 minutes by car to the ocean, Lac de Cazaux, Dune de Pyla, golf courses, Arcachon center, shops and restaurants La Teste Center from about 5 minutes.
NO pets allowed! (Pool is open from June to September!)

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. In einer ruhigen Lage, gut zum erholen und abschalten. Das Haus war nicht sehr sauber. Es fand wahrscheinlich nicht direkt vor dem Einzug eine Reinigung statt.

Urlaub mit Erhohlunswert !!!

Wir sind 2 Paare die eigentlich von Ferienhäusern nichts halten. Alles muß man selber machen wie zu Hause (unsere Frauen). Aber genau da liegt der Vorteil. Man muß sich nicht an Essenszeiten halten und es klopft auch kein Zimmermädchen, man ist komplett ungebunden. Frühstück gemeinsam zubereitet bei sommerlichen Temperaturen auf der Terrasse genossen. Ein Pool zum Chillen (bei der Sauberkeit könnten sich einige Schwimmbäder eine Scheibe abschneiden). Die Möglichkeiten in der Beschreibung sind alle vorhanden, allerdings haben wir uns im Haus und am Pool so wohl gefühlt das wir es eigentlich nur verlassen haben um Lebensmittel am nahegelegenen Markt zu kaufen (diese Frische der Produkte!!!) Abschließend möchte ich sagen wir haben 2016 wieder um die gleiche Zeit gebucht, allerdings diesmal 14 Tage und freuen uns schon sehr!! Easy Living !!

Traumferienhaus in Frankreich

Wir haben mit einem befreundeten Paar einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus verlebt. Alle waren total begeistert vom Ambiente des Hauses und von dem riesengroßen Garten mit Pool. Wir haben gleich für den nächsten Sommer gebucht. Wir sind begeistertet Radfahrer und haben tolle Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad unternommen. Das Meer ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer nähe und gut mit dem Rad und Auto zu erreichen. Freizeit- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Best chalet close to the ozean

Wonderful week in La Teste de Buch. We were a group of 4 from Austria, and from the very beginning we were thrilled. When we arrived La Teste and entered the house we were impressed; it's better than what the pictures in its web site show. The house is cosy, extremely clean and you can find everything you need. Kitchen is equipped with lots of kitchenware and separate lounges where each one could have its own privacy. In the big dining room and kitchen we had meals and drinks together. Terraces and garden helped us to enjoy our stay very much and there is even a parking ground for at least 3 cars. It's what we were looking for. We will surely recommend this wonderful house to our friends and relatives and we definitely come back again!

Erholung Pur !!

Wir waren total begeistert als wir nach einer langen Anreise angekommen waren (Tirol) Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung im Internet. Als erstes konnten wir uns im nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum (dort sind auch günstige Tankstellen) mit einer Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln eindecken. Dann wurde erstmal der Pool (sensationell sauber) zum entspannen genutzt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung. (Pkw steht in der Einfahrt mit elektrischem Tor gesichert) Radwege, Laufstrecken usw. sind vorhanden, wurden von uns aber wenig genutzt. Auch ein Golfplatz befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir haben aber hauptsächlich die Ruhe und das gute Essen genossen, das uns unsere Damen zubereitet haben (mit frischen Produkten vom nahegelegenen Markt). Wir haben für 2016 wieder gebucht, diesmal allerdings länger und freuen uns schon sehr darauf. Nochmals ein Dankeschön an unsere Vermieter !!

Villa superbe

La maison est très propre et lumineuse. Le terrain est entièrement clos avec une belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette prestation et y retournerions volontiers. au propriétaire merci pour votre jolie villa,vous ne pouvez faire mieux,il a tout dedans pour un confort optimal . encor merci.

Vacances réussies

Vacances réussies dans cette magnifique région. Excellente situation pour visiter le bassin d'Arcachon. La maison est spacieuse, agréable, au calme. Les enfants eux aussi étaient ravis car ils ont trouvé la piscine sur place. Nous avons fait de belles balades à vélo sur les nombreuses pistes du bassin ainsi que vers l'océan. Arcachon est très proche la maison est bien équipée et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ces vacances ! A recommander!

Vacances d'été superbe

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve dans cette maison très acceuillante. Tout est parfait, niveau propreté, calme assuré, piscine bien entretenu. Je ne trouve aucun point négatif concernant cette maison et compte bien y retourner! Magnifique région dans une maison agréable a vivre en toute simplicitée; parfait avec des enfants, jardin clos, quartier tranquille.

Urlaub mit Familie Bassin d'Arcachon

Geräumiges Haus teilweise einfach aber sehr funktionell eingerichtet. Ausstattung und Fotos im Internet stimmen absolut mit der Realität überein! Internet und SAT-TV waren uns wichtig (Teenager!) und natürlich auch das eigene Schwimmbad. Der Garten war ohne Pflanzen und Blumen was uns eher gelegen kam denn dann konnten die Kinder ohne schlechten Gewissens auf dem Rasen Fussball und Volley spielen! Das Auto ist unserem Herrn Papa wichtig und das konnte er direkt vor das Haus stellen und das elektr. Gatter wieder schließen. Angenehm war, dass wir genug Sonnenliegen und genug Platz zum Essen hatten. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse läßt sich noch ausziehen, wir waren immerhin 8 Personen. Ein Erlebnis war das riesige Feuerwerk am 14. Juli, das anscheinend jedes Jahr stattfindet (Nationalfeiertag in Frankreich) in Arcachon danach standen wir zwar im Stau aber es hat sich auf alle Fälle gelohnt! Was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat ist, dass alle Meeresstrände und Seestrände öffentlich zugänglich sind und nirgenwo ein Eintritt kassiert wird! Das hebt die Urlaubsstimmung! Die Kinder konnten sogar, durch den dortigen Tourismusverband, eine Gratis Surfstunde und einen kostenlosen Katamaran Segelausflug auf dem See von Cazaux machen! :-) . Die Anreise mit eigenen Auto würden wir auf alle Fälle empfehlen! Dies ist vielleicht der einzige kleine Minuspunkt, man kann nicht zu Fuß zum Strand. Zusammenfassend waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder buchen! Wie wärs diesen Sommer ;-)

Urlaub Frankreich Arcachon

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Frankreich und wir waren einfach begeistert! Das Haus gefiel uns hervorragend (wir waren 6 Erwachsene) es war alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht! Das Haus verfügt über 2 Badezimmer und 1 WC getrennt dadurch kam es auch niemals zu einem überfüllten Bad! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden damit man sich optimal selbstversorgen kann. Die Betten und Kissen waren alle neu! Super! Auf der Terrasse haben wir täglich unser Frühstück genossen, dort scheint schon morgens die Sonne auf dem Tisch - es war einfach total gemütlich! Für den Abend holten wir uns fangfrischen Fisch vom Markt und haben diesen am Barbecue gegrillt - was will man mehr!? Die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön Pyla, Arcachon..., das ganze maritime Flair fanden wir bezaubernd! Die meiste Zeit haben wir aber einfach am Pool gefaulenzt - so soll Urlaub sein! Jederzeit wieder wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal und kommen sicher wieder!
