Apartment in a residence with 13 apartments. Built in 1985. Located at the place called LES RIONDES, 750 m from the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the blue Beauregard ski slope (connection to the entire ski area) and hiking trail departures (slope at 17%). The most beautiful view of the ARAVIS mountain range and the village. Quiet. Bus route in summer and winter.
ENTRANCE 4.40 m2. with mountain corner 2 bunk beds (90),
ROOM: 4.80 m2, 1 storage bed for 2 people (140), window,
KITCHEN AREA equipped: 3 ceramic hob plates, multifunction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, fondue and raclette appliances, capsule coffee maker,
STAY: 11.23 m, living room sofa, connected TV, East-facing balcony 3.85 m2, garden furniture,
BATHROOM: 1.96 m2, shower, sink, hair dryer, independent toilet 1.10 m2, hand basin.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Optional services not included:
- No pets allowed
- Arrival outside of opening hours
- Caution bank card at key handover (500€)
- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, dish towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linen (order to be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).
