This condo can sleep a max of six people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double and additional sleeping space on a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Please note this unit comes with one unassigned covered parking spot in the parking garage.
Sundowner II guests have access to the on-site hot tub and the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool facilities is located next door to Sundowner II. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

We loved this condo. It was the perfect spot near bus stops, a short walk to Main Street, and easy access to the Snowflake lift to be able to hit the slopes. Getting back to the condo from the slopes was just as easy by skiing back into Snowflake and a short walk downhill, or take a bus to the 4 O’Clock or Snowflake stops, both only a short walk away. The condo itself was cozy, and the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain.The only thing I would say is that if you don’t have a vehicle like us (we took the shuttle from the airport) it’s a bit of a pain to go to the rental office with our gear and luggage to get the keys, and have to do the same to check out. Wish they had a lock box or a keyless entry with a code so that you don’t have to lug your gear and luggage down Main Street to check in/check out.Otherwise, the perfect spot!
The condo was just as pictured and very clean. The location is great - a short walk to Snowflake lift or downtown and bus stop is out front - no need to drive anywhere. Plenty of parking in garage under building and some outdoor spots for oversized vehicles. The property manager was also responsive to questions/requests as well. We had a great time and would definitely return.
Our group had a great stay at this property. Its conveniently located just off Four O Clock run, so returning for lunch or the end of the day was very easy. Everything was very clean and organized. Property management was very quick to respond when we reached out. We would stay here again.
Great location and very comfortable. Easy walk to snowflake lift and to town. Shuttle stop just a few steps from front door. Suzanne at westwinds was sweet and helpful!
First snow trip for my son and grandson. Everything was perfect..... from the fresh snow to the accommodations. Already planning a return.

We had a wonderful family ski trip!This Condo has everything you need when you visit Breckenridge, very clean & comfortable. It is very well located, a block from Snowflake lift & Charter Sports (equipment rentals). There is a bus stop a few steps from the condo, covered parking lot. Big kitchen with everything you may need (and more). Wood Winds' staff was very helpful, we checked in late and they left our keys & instructions in the mailbox. Would definetely consider it for another trip to Breck.
It was a great location. A short walk to the lifts and Main St. Nice pool and hot tubs near by. Snow was great!

Clean, comfortable, and perfect location. Very well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer were great for the week long stay. Short walk, 3 min, to the lift and ski in at the end of the day. Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The Sundowner II complex was built roughly four decades ago, but the unit was clean and well-appointed. We rented our skis at Charter Sports's BlueSky location, which is next to the Snowflake lift. You can store your equipment there overnight, which made the short walk to/from the condo even easier. The property is also in walking distance of downtown Breckenridge.
This condo was great for our family. Spacious and well-appointed. Only difficulty was lack of pantry space in kitchen to store food. It was quiet and very comfortable.
Went with 2 other couples and slept very comfortably. Place is very clean and homey. Located right next to the hot tub. Good stocked kitchen and supplies. Overall great location and experience.
The unit was spotless, had everything we needed to cook (including crockpot). Very cozy. Covered garage. Hot tub steps away. Walking distance to everything we needed with free bus outside door! Lots of room to hang out with family. Made great memories!

Negatives:1. Would have been nice if someone would have escorted us to our condo- it was a little hard to find and would have been a nice courtesy2. Hot tub outside our unit was out of order3. We couldn’t find the swimming pool and staff knew it was tricky but didn’t offer to help so we never swam or hot tubbed as advertised 4. One balcony door opened. All other windows in the unit were closed shut so very little fresh air 5. Overall unhelpful customer service Positives:1. Close to town - could walk there2. Unit was clean and adequate 3. Good amenities (hair dryer, Washer, dryer, big kitchen)
GREAT place to stay, very close walk to town, spacious living area and kitchen. Super equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed.
We stayed for 5 weeks and it was so comfortable.
Suggestion: 2 folding chairs for the balcony, we bought our own chairs.
Our group enjoyed the hiking trails, local breweries, and scenic views that Breck has to offer. We loved the location of this condo, it was walkable to everything in town.
We would stay again!
