Vacances au calme

Première impression quand on a vu la maison : oh woaw ! Après re woaw quand on a vu la terrasse et le jardin ! La maison est accueillante et très bien équipée. Le jardin est parfaitement clôturé donc notre chien en a bien profité et nous du coup, étions sereins :-) Communication au top avec le propriétaire . Accès facile à la plage via un chemin quasi en face de la maison. Bref, vous l’aurez deviné, nous recommandons sans hésitation ce petit paradis sur l’île d’Oléron.

Location bien située et agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine à la Toussaint. Nous étions deux, nous avons failli être cinq malheureusement comme les chats ne sont pas acceptés nos proches ont renoncé à venir. La location est très bien équipée, propre et fonctionnelle. Les chambres sont grandes, coquettes, bien aménagées, notre lit était très confortable. La pièce de séjour est très lumineuse, les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Le Wi-Fi a bien fonctionné, en revanche la réception TV était un peu plus aléatoire surtout par mauvais temps.La semaine ayant été très pluvieuse et venteuse, nous n'avons guère pu profiter des espaces extérieurs. Cette maison possède de nombreux arguments : proximité de la plage et du marais, mise à disposition de vélos, le fait aussi d'être de plain-pied et de ne pas donner directement sur la route. A ce sujet, l'annonce ne précise pas que la maison est mitoyenne par le garage à une autre maison qui donne sur la route. Ceci ne nous a pas gêné, d'ailleurs nous avons vu le voisin une seule journée. Il est cependant prévu que l'habitat se densifie prochainement, car trois pavillons doivent être construits sur la parcelle adjacente en friche. Enfin, nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer physiquement le propriétaire, mais il s'est montré très présent, aimable et attentif à distance, nous a donné un contact sur place en cas de besoin, et nous a fait pleinement confiance pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Confort et tranquillité

Maison très confortable avec un terrain bien clos ce qui a permis à ma chienne de profiter du jardin et du soleil en toute tranquillité. D'un côté la mer, de l'autre la campagne et ses vignes, ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour.

MAI sur Oleron

La maison est conforme à la description et dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire La mise à disposition des draps et serviettes est un plus.Proche de la plage à pied et des commerces en voiture. Emeline a été disponible et à l'écoute. La maison est bien pour 4-5 personnes (au delà une seule salle de bain un peu petite) Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en mai en dehors des périodes d'affluence.(un petit bémol pour les odeurs d'humidité dans la salle de bain)

Logement conforme à notre attente, un hôte charmant qui s'y connaît en bon plans, notre séjour était trop court pour en profiter pleinement. Situation idéale

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison est très agréable et la plage a proximité nous a permis de profiter au maximum avec notre fidèle animal. Nous retournerons avec grand plaisir pour une semaine au printemps

Très bonne communication avec Louis, ponctualité de l’accueil à l’arrivée et au départ. Maison simple mais avec tout le confort nécessaire. Idéalement placé sur l’île pour tout faire (vélo, plage, commerces…). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme.
