Great Property with Family

Our family stays at Good Vibes several times per year. It is the perfect retreat, appointed with everything for a comfy & cozy stay. The property sits across the road from first-class fly fishing, and is close to extended family. Looking forward to our next stay!

Relaxing stay

My mom & I stayed to attend a memorial for my uncle. We’re very familiar with the area and love this hidden gem we found! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Comfortable beds and the hot tub was such a treat after the long days. Our favorite part was listening to the creek across the street. Thank you again for sharing your home with us! We hope to be back again someday soon :)

Good Vibes only

This place is great, beautiful and the hosts are wonderful. This was a return visit for us, and like before we had an awesome time. There is so much to do and see in area or just relax in the hot tub or at a nice fire out back. Piece of Paradise for sure, and we can’t wait to return.

Great Getaway Property

We have stayed at Good Vibes several times & it never disappoints. The property is in an ideal location for fly fishing & for taking in the scenic area. It is so relaxing & cozy (it is very clean and includes all the amenities needed for a great stay). Jill is a wonderful host; she always checks in to make sure we have everything we need & she is very easy to communicate with). We are looking forward to our next stay!

Relaxing and quiet

Quiet, cozy getaway. House had good supply of anything needed to feel like home. Was able to cook each night and enjoy the front porch. Host very responsive to questions and reaches out to make sure you are not in need of anything. Highly recommend

Wonderful Property

We totally enjoyed our stay! This property is cozy & fully equipped. We loved being so close to Penns Creek to fly fish, sit out by the fire pit in the evenings, and travel the back roads enjoying the scenery. Will definitely stay again.

Cozy cabin

We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and visit Penn state for a concert and white out game. Convenient location to the campus. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It has a nice view of a stream from the front porch and a quiet location.

Perfect getaway

Between the hot tub, fireplace and peace and beautiful surroundings this was a perfect getaway. Not too far from anything, but the privacy is awesome. Hosts were A+ in communication and made this one of our favorite places we stayed at.

Cozy and peaceful

We had an awesome time at this sweet little cottage. Cozy inside space. Lots of outside stuff to do. And a cute little town nearby that has great burgers and beer. The owners were so easy to work with and left us a little Anniversary gift. We will be back!

Fantastic!

We loved our week staying in the Good Vibes cabin! It is a beautiful setting, a perfectly appointed cabin, so comfortable, and the hot tub is such a bonus. I was working for the week and the connectivity was excellent. Jill is wonderful host with excellent communication. I would highly recommend!

A gem in the woods

This little gem was perfect in every way. This two bed one bath was spotless and Jill is an excellent host, she replied immediately to any questions I had. The kitchen is adequetly stocked and drinking water was provided too! Perfect place to getaway for some peace and quite.

Wonderful Easter stay.

My family had a wonderful stay. Location was close enough to everything we had planned. Jill is a wonderful host and was so sweet . She got our 6 year old son an Easter basket that was on the counter when we arrived. Made his day. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub in the evenings. Penn's Cave and Wildlife park was alot of fun. Thank you for having us and look forward to coming back.

Great weekend

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights and wanted to spend a week. It was such a relaxing setting with the stream out front. It was unfortunate that the weather did not hold off. However we snuggled up in front of the fireplace and made the best of it. Would recommend this rental to anyone and will be staying again.

we loved the place......

We spent two nights there, we could really feel at home.We loved spending every minute there. Perfect place, if you want to be away from the noise of the city. Plenty of trout caught in the Penns- creek, was also an experience. Taking advantage of the ( outside) fireplace, we were able to prepare a meal we liked on a slightly cool, but even more beautiful evening.If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return. Loved it!

My husband and I were looking for a mini getaway weekend and this property was perfect. Very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the linens were very soft. We loved hanging out in the hot tub at night and even though it had snowed the owners shoveled the deck so we had easy access to it. The owners were lovely to communicate with and very fast to respond to any question. We got coffee, breakfast, and sandwiches at Inglebean coffee house which was a short ride away. If you are wondering whether to book this place or not just do it, you will be happy you did!

Good Vibes cabin is the place to stay! Rural - yes : Rustic - a little : Retreat - Absolutely! WE ARE in a rural area, not too far from town. Cabin rustic on the outside, inside - clean contemporary colorful cottage will surprise you. Retreat - make yourself at home & enjoy! We offer everything - just bring your clothes, food and drinks. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate - well...whatever. ;-)

Guests can sleep comfortably in either the soft queen bed or firmer king bed after snuggling up by the warm fire or relaxing in the hot tub gazing up at the stars. Guests can share gourmet dinners on the granite island with friends and family. Simply chill out with their feet up watching their favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV for streaming with FREE WIFI. Read a book on the front porch overlooking the creek. Take a nap whenever, wherever...Guest Choice!

Guests who want to get adventurous can go tubing, kayaking or fly fishing - you can almost cast your line off the front deck! Coburn Park is just down the road for picnics or running your furry friends. Throw a couple of balls at the baseball field or volleyball at the sand court. Bike riding along the creek can be super scenic for nature lovers. Enjoy hiking and biking in the mountains for the more beautiful country scenery on one of many trails. Poe Valley and Poe Paddy State Parks just a hop skip and jump over Seiglerville Pike.

Shop, eat and/or drink locally at Burkeholder's Grocery, Elk Creek Cafe & Brewery, Pisano Winery. Millheim Meat Market has all your quality meats for grilling & more.

We encourage guests to take advantage of all amenities! Explore our valley to the fullest! There is so much to see and do locally and a just a 30 minute drive to either State College, Mifflinburg or Lewisburg - the opportunities are endless for fun memories and adventure.
