La casa está muy cerca del centro, hay transporte público a muchos puntos de la ciudad, a unas cuantas cuadras están bancos y una de las moles comerciales más grandes de la ciudad.
Es una casa sencilla, cómoda, con todos los servicios de una casa: internet inalámbrico, cocina, lavadora, estacionamiento para un coche pequeño, jjardín y una terraza.
