This 1950’s home is 12 blocks from the Hermosa Beach Strand. The home is serene yet has a Hollywood feel, including a fireplace and recessed lighting. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king size, 1 queen, 1 full) clean, cozy and comfortable, each outfitted with it’s own smart TV to stream your shows on. There is one small but stylish bathroom to share with tub/shower combo. You will find a clean attractive dining nook and kitchen, with french door fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas cook top, electric oven and microwave. All the utensils and cook ware you need is provided. Enjoy the outdoor seating area to interact with the friendly neighborhood or perhaps you might prefer the fenced back patio, equipped with lighting and a BBQ grill.
The driveway is available for parking and will hold 2 small cars. Please come stay for a month or more!

My husband and I are newlywed. We were both previously widowed. Creating good food and eating outside on the patio is part of our life. Our 2 teenagers attend the local high school. We all have a background in performing arts and are a lively group. Both kids play volleyball and the beach is a daily destination. All here are healthy and well and looking forward to meeting guests from around the world.
Why they chose this property
We bought this house from an old neighbor who wanted us to restore it rather than tear it down. So that's what we have done. We are excited to finally have it ready to share.
What makes this property unique
The rental is a newly remodeled 1950's beach get away. The decor is serene and calming. The ocean is exactly 1 mile away. The walk is mostly downhill all the way to the waves of Hermosa Beach.
