110sqm apartment in the heart of Lisbon's old town (Alfama, São Vicente).
Many tourist attractions, cafes, viewpoints, (fado) restaurants, corner shops, flea market within walking distance in 1-5 minutes. Traditional wooden tram No. 28 directly at the house. The ideal 'location' for your Lisbon vacation!

Explore Lisbon on foot from the front door and enjoy the typical flair of the old town.
Use the Rosa Residence as a generous oasis of calm after exciting days full of new discoveries.
For up to 6 adults plus 2 children plus 1 baby very comfortable!

WiFi throughout the house (free).

2 bedrooms with king size beds. 1 family / junior suite with private bathroom, 140x200 loft bed plus oversized single bed (120x200).
A total of 2 bathrooms, large living room & kitchen, terrace and courtyard with fairytale children's play area.

Baths with bathtubs, kitchen with table for 7 and large equipment.
Living room with LED cable TV, piano, minibar, literature for young and old, window seat with a view of the street.

Bedroom II in single bed variant (90x200) on request. Children's farm bed or baby cot made of wood on request. Small children's equipment and high-quality toys available on request.

The basic price of 70-100 euros per night, depending on the season and length of stay, refers to 3 people. For every additional person 20 euros per night will be charged, for children up to 12 years half.

Second TV with DVD player and film collection (small children to adults - e.g. Laura's Stern, Tatort & James Bond Collection) in the Family Suite.

The apartment is on the 1st Floor, there is an elevator.

2 bedrooms face the courtyard (incl. Twittering birds and rustling leaves).

Old Town History!

Great stay at Nina's place in Lisbon! The apartment was spacious and in an awesome location. We had a bit of trouble accessing with the provided key but figured it out. Also due to the old neighborhood be careful running the washer and dryer at the same time.

Great location right on the 28 tram line. Close to good restaurants and views. You don’t need a car but if you do the parking is challenging. Great stay!

Wish we’d had more time

Nina’s place was wonderful. Clean and inviting. It had a well stocked kitchen and an actual clothes dryer, not just a drying rack like other places we stayed. There is so much to do within walking distance.

Charming Apartment in a Wonderful Neighborhood

Nina was amazing at communication. She provided lots of ideas for restaurants and things to do. Very easy checkin process. Was able to help us while staying with understanding how to get the hot water working in the old building. It’s simple once we learned the right way.The space was awesome. We absolutely loved it. Great for a couple of couples and maybe a couple of kids. Nice little kid area on the patio. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was great! Highly recommend this place.

Christmas Shopping in Lisbon

Four of us, friends for about 30 years, go Christmas shopping somewhere in the world each year. This year, one of us had an accident and shoulder replacement surgery and another had vision issues, so only two made the trip. The hosts were very accommodating, the apartment exactly as advertised, and the location stellar.

Perfect home away from home

Bright, clean, modern apartment in the heart of Alfama. Close to everything and right on the 28. Great breakfast, coffee shops near by. Washing and drying machines a huge plus for our family that like to travel light but have clean clothes. Beds were all very comfortable with high quality bedding. Living room was very comfortable to stretch out in and relax after climbing all the stairs and hills. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed fully stocked.

Wonderful break in the heart of Lisbon Alfama district

We had a really lovely stay - the apartment was perfect for a family break - parents, children and grandparents. Close walking distance to lots of sights, shops and restaurants plus directly on the world famous 28 tram route. Our hosts made check in super easy and the apartment was a lovely, clean base.

Lovely property and getaway!

This was a lovely three bedroom spacious flat in the heart of old town. Nina was very accommodating and helpful to our needs. Everything you need is at the property. The property is located close to the main square as well as other attractions. Ubers and taxis are available readily available.—Great place!

Lisbon at its best

What a lovely place. The hosts were very accommodating and communication was very easy. We absolutely loved the apartment. Very spacious and the piano was a nice bonus. Great place to stay, especially with families. Walking distance to almost everything. Would definitely book again.
