Bright top floor apartment on the 2nd floor with a large south-facing terrace and free WiFi

This modern apartment with parquet and carpets is located directly on the edge of the forest in a quiet residential street. A complete renovation and refurbishment in 2016 will make the bathroom and kitchen shine in new splendor. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The third sleeping option for 2 people is a comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame, which is located in the spacious living / dining room. In the living area there are 2 comfortable sofas, a satellite TV and stereo with DVD player, and a dining table for 6 people. There is also a washing machine in the new bathroom with a spacious shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances, there is an additional dining area in it.
A special highlight is the large furnished roof terrace, which offers a wonderful view over the star forest.
The apartment is close to the center. The old town of Freiburg can be reached by public transport in 10 minutes or on foot in 15 minutes. Bicycles can be hired on request.

Great apartment

Wir haben dort sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Stadtaktivitäten und Spazieren im Grünen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Im Gesamten außerordentlich empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie liegt sehr zentral aber trotzdem mit Blick ins Grüne. Familie Zeller war sehr freundlich und hat sogar kostenlos zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung hat slles was man brauch für kürzere und längere Aufenthalte. Mit der Straba Linie 1 kommt man bequem in die Innenstadt, zu Fuß ist es aber auch nicht w weit. Das Wohnzimmer istsrhr bequem.

Für eine Woche durften wir die bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage nutzen. Die Anbindung in die City ist perfekt, ein PKW ist überflüssig. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, um den einladenden Balkon zu nutzen.

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage sind absolut topp! Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder überdacht abstellen und es waren sogar Regenschirme vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great little spot in Freiburg!
Really nice flat for the four of us in Freiburg. LOVED having the outdoor porch to sit on in the mornings and evenings. Also appreciated the washing machine while on a longer trip. Just note that it's 3-4 flights of stairs up to the flat- that didn't deter us at all, but could influence someone with mobility issues.
