In Drôme Provençale, in the heart of Grignan, close to shops and restaurants, a village life.
A village house of 160m² on 2 levels.
On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen, a dining room. In the living room, TV and wifi.
A guest toilet with a laundry area.
A half floor with 2 adjoining bedrooms:
A first bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm (approachable).
A second bedroom with a 140cm bed + 1 extra 90cm bed with a shower room and toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom with 2 beds 90cm, its own bathroom and toilet.
Outside, there is a 500m² enclosed garden, a shaded terrace with a table for 6 people and an electric barbecue.
A 24m² swimming pool secured by an underwater alarm and a small gate.
A shallow pool secured by a fence.
NB: A deposit of 1500€ will be requested on arrival, this sum is not cashed and is a guarantee. Or a pre-authorization CB or Cheque
