Typical Quercy Farmhouse

The interior of the main house of this old farmhouse has been completely renovated. A beautiful fireplace in the kitchen, three bedrooms (2 140cm beds and 1 160cm bed), a living room in local stone. More than 100m² to live. Added to this is a "bolet" of 45 m² (covered terrace, cool in summer) and beautiful enclosed, wooded grounds (2000 m²).
The biggest tourist sites of Tarn, Lot, Aveyron and Tarn et Garonne are nearby (Gorges de l'Aveyron 15mn, Lot, Albi 40mn, Cahors 25mn, Moissac, Cordes, Toulouse 1h...). Ideal for relaxing and discovering the heritage of the South-West (gastronomy, history, outdoor activities: ballads, hiking, caving, climbing, via ferrata, canoeing, kayaking...).
And to cool off: a nautical center 3 km away, swimming in the Aveyron 10 minutes away, Lake Parisot...
Less than 5 minutes from all shops and amenities (Caussade and its famous Monday morning market).

Beaucoup de village a visiter aux alentours, Caussade a quelques Km avec tous les commerces. Très bien, location tout confort comme a la maison.

Nous avons été très bien reçus. La maison, dans un quartier très calme, est parfaitement située pour de multiples visites à moins d'une heure de route. Elle est bien équipée. Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans une bien belle région. Merci encore à nos hôtes.
