great disappointment
The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. We were very disappointed as the description of the property was misleading. According to the description there was a "communal Pool" This was misleading as the pool was a public pool across the road and not in the building. Furthermore, when speaking to the owner, we were told there was a "beautiful view". Actually on two sides of the apt, the only view was partial view of the mountains disturbed by buildings very close by. The beds were very low and uncomfortable.

Great place
The apartment is well located in Davos. It was extremely well appointed and clean. It had everything we needed concerning amenities, kitchen, parking, and furniture. The views are beautiful from the terrace. The host was very responsive and accommodating. This is a can’t miss location for anyone traveling to Davos. We would certainly stay there again.

Wir haben uns hier sofort wohl gefühlt. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was das Herz begehrt und genug Platz für 5 Personen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend.

Super gepflegte, schöne und helle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage mit einer nahezu perfekt eingerichteten Küche. Insgesamt noch schöner als auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung nach zu vermuten. Ansonsten kann man sich allen positiven Feedbacks nur anschließen. Vielleicht sollte man die Möglichkeit (gegen Bezahlung natürlich), weitere Hand- und Badetücher zu erhalten, anbieten (je 1 pro Person und Woche ist doch recht knapp). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Wohnung, Schlafzimmer aber leider gegen die viel befahrene Strasse gerichtet
Positiv: - Allgemein sehr schöne, heimelige und gemütliche Wohnung - Alles in allem gut ausgestattet - Badezimmer/WC p l u s separates WC - Super Lage, was Anschluss an ÖV und sonstiger Standort betreffen Negativ: - Details wie Föhn, Nachfüllpaste für Fondue-Caquelon haben gefehlt - Trichter bei Abzugshaube haben fast getropft von Ölablagerungen Fazit: Würden die Wohnung (aber) sofort weiterempfehlen!

Excellent Stay!
My wife and I stayed at this apartment for a conference at the Congress Center. It could not be a better location for this purpose. The home is warm and inviting, and has all the amenities of a 4 star hotel room but much more. We will hopefully be staying here next year for the conference!

Die Wohnung ist konfortabel eingeichtet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt.
Für Wanderungen eine perfekte Ausgangslage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf. Da mit der Gästekarte alle Bergbahnen und der Bus inklusive/gratis sind, ist es auch mit Kindern preislich attraktiv.

Perfekte Lage, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, Küche super bestückt (+ alle Annehmlichkeiten)
Einziger Wermutstropfen war der offene mit Holzbalken eingefasste Kamin, kein Material zum Feuern, kein Kaminbesteck, also nur ein Dekoelement. Ansonsten war alles sehr erfreulich: Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür, Mittellage zwischen Parsennbahn und Jakobshornbahn, direkt gegenüber dem schönen Schwimmbad und Wellnesszentrum Eau-la-la. Ganz in der Nähe zu Loipen bzw. Spazierwege. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch nur 5' zu Fuß entfernt. Zwei große Balkone von Küche/Essbereich bzw. Wohnzimmer aus begehbar, lassen einen die Sonne genießen. Zwei WC sind aus naheliegenden Gründen auch von großem Vorteil. - Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Wohnung und Service rund um die Vermietung weiter empfehlen.

Super eingerichtet, zentral gelegen
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet es gibt alles was man braucht und hat genug Platz für vier Personen.

Wir waren sehr gerne dort
Wir waren sehr gerne in der sehr hübsch eingerichteten Wohnung in der Talstraße 46. Alles war sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet, was für die Schweiz nicht immer normal ist. Sicherlich waren wir nicht das letzte mal dort. Sehr gut empfanden wir das kostenfreie WLAN in der Wohnung, welches sehr von meinen TeenagerTöchtern "gestresst" wurde. Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen! Maximal das das Gefrierfach nicht nutzbar war, da es komplett zugeeist war und das die Tiefgarage zwar sehr groß war, von einem SUV mit Dachbox aber nicht genutzt werden konnte, da die max. Höhe bei 1,90 m liegt.
