Contemporary and Water View - 1 bedroom 2 bath in Tampa, FL

Our water front property is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium located on the 3rd floor, which is the top floor for the building. The unit has about 1,250 square feet, water views, and is a corner unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an on suite, and a walk in closet. There is a new 75" flat screen TV with DVR in the living room. Bedrooms have RokuTV's with streaming capabilities. Beautiful corner screen in lanai over-looking the water and majestic oak trees. Pickleball courts available in the complex. We provide some rackets and beach umbrella. Very serene setting to relax and enjoy the view and nature.




ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and our standard check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. EST.
2. This property is located about 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 30-40 minutes from the beaches.
3. We do NOT accept pets at this property or children. under 12 (due to past experience)
4. The number of people the unit can comfortably accommodate is 4 adults which is the maximum number of people we allow to stay in the unit overnight. NO roll away beds or air mattress are provided.

Lovely property

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Frank is very responsive and the booking process was easy. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the soaking tub in the primary suite’s bathroom was a bonus. The home was very clean overall. Unfortunately the pool was out of order but this was no fault of Frank. he let us know about it in advance as soon as he heard about it. I would caution you, if you can’t navigate stairs well, this isn’t the place for you. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Frank the super host!

Frank is an excellent communicator. His unit's kitchen was well appointed, rhe bed was super comfy, and there were plenty of linens. The location was phenomenal...close to Clearwater, anna Maria Island, and many places to see and things to do. Great vacation!

Great stay

Frank was an outstanding communicator. No problem finding, gaining entry. Very clean and nice place. Nice beds and pillows and slept very well. Only minor problem was with controls for the new 75" TV but Frank called as soon as I text. Together, we were able to resolve the problem. Good location as well and very close to about anything you would need. Would stay again if in Brandon/Tampa area. Thanks Frank.

Affordable, cute, cozy & quite

Frank is awesome!!! Unbelievably accommodating!! Anyone who speaks bad of him is lying! He was a huge help in whatever we needed! Place was great!! Nice and quite! Anything you wanted to do was well within reason regarding drive time. We stayed in December and. The pool was freezing, but that’s OK cause we found a Y. close by and by close by I mean 20 minutes big deal there’s a Walmart supercenter there’s a Publix a movie theater all within 15 to 20 minutes from the place. all in all very happy with our stay would highly recommend staying here and would highly recommend having Frank as the owner of any place we ever stay he’s top shelf

A Place That Met All Our Needs

This condo meet all our needs. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us. It was very close to relatives we were visiting and stores and restaurants were easily accessible. Loved that there was a pool, gym, and pickleball courts right on the premises. Communication with the owner was spectacular. We hope to come back again soon for our next visit.

Great place to stay

My husband and I and another couple stayed while we were in Tampa for the Zac Brown concert. The place was perfect for the 4 of us with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We spend a lot of time out on the balcony and enjoying the pool area. Frank is amazing to work with and was very quick to answer questions and make clarifications. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to come back again!

Quiet and comfortable.

We stayed here for 10 days and it was very nice. So quiet and peaceful here. It was conveniently located for our needs. The place was fully equipped for all our cooking and meal prep. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay in Tampa

I recently stayed at this condo during a work trip to Tampa. The location was great with easy access to major highways, groceries, shopping, and many restaurants. The condo is set up perfectly with everything you need for a comfortable week long stay. Communication with the owner was easy, informative, and quick. You won't be disappointed with this condo!

Nice place

Nice place and location. Property is on the third floor with no elevator access so not great for persons with disabilities. The A/C didn't work too well in the master bedroom. Great pool. Highly recommend getting accident insurance.

Family vacation

The condo was really clean and updated just like the pictures state, the beds were comfy and the pool was very nice. The surrounding area had a bunch of different places to eat. Well stay here again the next time we visit Florida.

Summer trip

The check in process was effortless. Fred was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was very clean and well supplied with everything we could possible need. It was also especially wonderful to have a washer and dryer that we used a couple of times. The balcony was lovely and very enjoyable in the early morning. The check out process was as easy as the check in. The pool and work out room are well supplied. We will use this wonderful place again.

Wonderful quiet apartment

Its a wonderful quiet apartment, very clean, and extremely peaceful. Has all of the amenities. Washer, dryer, lots of parking in front and close to the swimming pool. Close to alot of restaurants, Walmart and lots of nearby gas stations. 20mins from the airport and major highway. A great place to stay.

Fantastic Condo

The owner communicated with us when we needed it. Perfect place and location. Easy drive to downtown Tampa and to St. Pete. Shopping mall just minutes away. The condo itself was immaculate. The neighbors were very quiet. Pool was a short walk away. We will be going back again.

amazing condo to vacation

I will definitely return to this condo. The place was super clean and very beautiful . It met all my needs and more. I will miss having my morning coffee , sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view of the pond and listening to the nature symphony.

Great condo

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, nice size and in a good location…very close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. The pool was quiet and well kept. Frank the owner was wonderful checked in a few times making sure everything was going good with our stay. Would recommend if you’re looking to stay in the area.

Great experience

Location is ideal given proximity to mall and different restaurants and easy access to expressway and freeway. Building was quiet and was able to relax like if I was home. I felt very comfortable and safe t this location.

Peaceful view- great location

The property had everything I needed and more. The condo was clean, with all the amenities of home. The artwork was beautiful and decor inviting. Transfixed on the 3d artwork that was very well done and classy. It’s always cumbersome going out and getting seasonings to cook with and other needs that you might have cooking, but everything I needed was on hand if desired. I worked while I was their the whole time and the WiFi worked wonderfully, which is a big deal to me. Thanks for the great stay and communication on all my needs before I even asked. Very proactive on guest needs and accommodating. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Outstanding Stay

The unit is every bit as advertised. Super clean and spacious. We loved the views from the back deck onto the water. Owner went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would recommend this unit to anyone coming to Florida.
