a great loaction, cute place
the logistics were a bit challenging to navigate given that the property owner was not on site regularly, leaving only the housekeepers (mostly monolingual) to help little concerns but on the wholeit was a great stay. glad i picked it. good distance from all things to see downtown and well stocked for when we choose a night in. would definately recommend in future

Loud and uncomfortable beds
We couldn't adjust thermostat at all. Beds were very uncomfortable. Very loud. Felt like windows were open.
My family and I decided to to try Vrbo for the first time. We've stayed at several hotels in the past, no issues with those, but I honestly wish I had try this sooner. The suite at Casa Angelo was clean, had everything we needed, and the location perfect. Genesis was an awesome host! She stayed in touch ensuring she was there for anything we needed. I plan on coming back again and this will be my go to stay for now on 😊
I know that there are a lot of reviews giving this place fives stars but in all honesty it wasn't really five star worthy. I had my husband and kids (five people) and we stayed there for five days. It says on the page that they can accommodate for 5-6 people that’s a lie, Realistically it can hold 4 people comfortably (please take note of that). When we first walked in the place we noticed right away how the carpet was dirty and how one of the couches was broken we told genesis and she’s on it when it comes to responding but she never really gives a clear cut answer. Such as one of the air mattress they gave us didn’t work properly and my daughter was sleeping on it and by the time morning hit it was deflated and was sleeping on the floor, and it took two days for them to give us another air mattress. Also there was a hole in the wall by the front door and also a huge roach crawling around. Once that happened within a span couple of days I asked genesis if they had any other rooms available yet she never answer my question on changing room's. Lastly, the building looked a bit run down and questionable, and also the pictures of the place matches but it doesn’t live up to how it looks in person. Despite all the negative, the location is great right next to the ruby slipper really great breakfast place and canal street right in the heart of the hustle of French quarter. If you like a place that’s quite antique looking and a bit run down be my guest. Id suggest y’all look at the hotels on canal street before getting this place.
This property is exactly how it is described and in such a great location to reach everything! We truly enjoyed staying so close to everything New Orleans style
We really enjoyed this property! We were close enough to all the downtown offerings but just far enough away to avoid the wild noise at night. Would def. use this location again. We were in town for grappling and the laundry room was a lifesaver!
Magazine st was PERFECT to stay in! The property was gorgeous. There is a window you can open up to hear the new orleans jazz and if you can, stop by underneath the property is the Ruby Slipper. Best breakfast i’ve ever had! Big and spacious, only thing is the paint and furniture needs slight updating. Besides that it is one of the cleanest places i’ve stayed.
Thanks a ton!!!!!

We had a great long weekend in NOLA! Our loft was clean and accurately represented by the online photos. Genesis, the property manager was fast to respond to any inquiries, and the value for what we got was really good. Thanks so much for hosting us!
The location of this property is amazing. About a block and a half off of Canal - walking distance to almost everything in the French Quarter. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions we had.
Do note that you will need earplugs if you are a light sleeper. There is a great deal of road noise at all hours of the day and night. And if anyone is staying on the 4th floor, you can hear them walking.
Other than that, I would highly recommend this location. Will definitely stay here again.
We were very pleased with the location of this rental. We walked to the French Quarter and enjoyed walking along the Riverfront. I didn’t have to move my car the entire time that we were there. We loved the spacious , open loft setting.
This place was as advertised. Had everything we needed. This was a great location for exploring the French quarter and catching trolleys to other areas. My only suggestion would be to spruce up the bathroom. Could use a paint job, more places to hang towels and a larger vanity. Sink area is quite small when there is more than one person in party.
This property is very conveniently located to the French Quarter. It is a block and a half off of Canal St, which is the southern border of the Quarter. It is an easy walk to restaurants, the street car, and the area where many of the tours leave from. You can also easily get a cab in front of any of the hotels close by on Canal. If, however, you are a light sleeper, this apartment isn’t for you. Magazine St, right off of Canal, is a busy road and we had traffic and people noise until pretty late at night. I didn’t have any problems but my husband had to buy ear plugs. The management staff was very responsive and quick to remedy an issue we had with some missing curtains. Someone came the next morning to replace the rod and curtains.
I visited this location in a group four and had plenty of room in the apartment. Very comfortable beds and couches! Things were clean and there was plenty of towels. But the biggest plus of this rental is the location. You simply can not beat being in the middle of downtown, walking distance to all the top spots in the city. We also really appreciate the electronics locks that allowed my party to move in and out of the apartment with easy. 10/10!
We did a girls trip with 4 of us & this was the perfect place! Great location in walking distance to several attractions. Very spacious, clean, and accommodating for us. We will be back!
This property was nice and it was near the things we wanted to do. We were able to walk to Jackson Square and enjoy some time on Bourbon Street. It was convenient to drop our things off and head back out. We will stay again!
The property was extremely clean. Perfect location. The noise from the street really didn't bother us.. I mean it is New Orleans Right!!! The beds were extremely comfortable. I definitely will book this property again.
A good open apartment blocks away from the French Quarter. The check in process was simple and the host gave great instructions. As with other streets in the area, it can be noisy at night and in the mornings. The place was clean, but the towels and sheets had a few stains.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
