About this property

This large and beautifully decorated is perfect for you and your extended family or friends. First floor includes a master bedroom suite, with a king and double bed. Enjoy the private deck out the sliding glass doors. Second floor has 3 bedrooms. A queen bed with a private bath and balcony. One bedroom with 2 singles shares a hallway bath and deck. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed

The third floor is the living area. A large screen TV, with plenty of seating. There is a large dining area to enjoy large family dinners. The kitchen is well stocked. There is also a breakfast nook. Balconies off the front and back of the condo, gives you extra room to enjoy the beautiful weather. The forth floor has a king bed, a private bath with jetted tub. There is also a large deck off the back of the house.

I do not start or end rentals on Saturday. I offer weekend, long weekend and weekly rentals. For weekly rentals you can start on Friday or Sunday.

Linens and towel are not provided.

This property is 2 blocks to the beach, and is 3 blocks to the dewey nightlife

Great Location & Large Home

Robin and Heather are fantastic hosts. Awesome house great location to all the bars and restaurants. Annual girlfriends Dewey vacation was a huge success thank you for a wonderful gathering place to laugh and celebrate!

Beautiful and great location!

The house was so gorgeous and spacious! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and shower and eat comfortably. We did have some boxes of pastries that weren’t sealed and we ended up with some sugar ants but easily handled. Otherwise absolutely perfect and super close to the main strip!

Fantastic trip

Very accommodating house for a group of 12. Dewey Beach is a fantastic spot! The owners of the house are very communicative and friendly and provide detailed instructions for the property. 12 out of 10 stars!

Great location

Great location close to beach and downtown and can hold large group. Easy check in and clear communication with host. However, they do not provide linens or towels or basic bathroom amenities such as soap / shampoo / toilet paper. Was not convenient and added more $ to trip, but overall got the job done for what we needed.

Bachelorette Bash

Robin and Heather's place was the perfect place for my sister's bachelorette weekend! Not only was there plenty of space to eat and sleep, but the house was within walking distance of everything- beach, bars, and food! The house was perfect for our group and would be amazing for anyone with a large group looking for a clean, welcoming home to stay in Dewey!

Great multi-family house

Excellent location with easy walk to beach. Some decent restaurants within walking distance too. The multiple levels for the bedrooms was perfect for our 4-generation family with quiet and private spaces for all. If you have young toddlers, consider bringing 2 gates for stairs safety from the main living space. Decks are really great. Overall a really nice experience and we would absolutely stay again.

Bring your house to the beach

This property is in a great location, was clean and perfect for a large group traveling to Dewey. Unfortunately, the owners DO NOT PROVIDE BED SHEETS OR TOWELS. The outdoor grill also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. Would not recommend this spot for a group flying in from out of town due to the amount of essential items that aren’t provided.

Great group house

Perfect house for a big group - the living room was very spacious and with the deck right off it with grill, it was ideal for activities. Lots of deck spaces as some have noted, could use some more furniture as they're a little "bare bones." The master bedroom has a trundle under it so two twins there that you can roll away from each other - communication with host was great. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, but there wasn't extra toilet paper, paper towels, or cleaning spray which we thought was odd. Overall, would stay again!

Excellent location for outlet shopping or beach. Roomy enough for our party of 10 women. The place was clean and decorated nicely. Enjoyed our stay!

The dryer was drying something and caught fire. And the sliding glass door handle on lower level came off- seems it is missing hardware on the back (outside) part And high winds caused some rear siding to come off and dangle during our visit Place was great. ONLy suggestion would be to replace the carpet. It is gross and in bad shape. As a rental it should be hardwood bc easier to clean and maintain But Robin was VERY responsive the entire time as we kept him abreast of the dryer and siding and sliding glass door lock set

Perfect weekend getaway

We had an awesome weekend stay for my sister’s bachelorette party. The property is bigger than it looks in the photos online. It was clean, spacious, and a great location. Would definitely come back and recommend for a group!

Perfect for a big group

Stayed here with a group of girls for a bachelorette and it was perfect. The property is so much bigger in person then in pictures. There was more than enough space for 14 women. Walking distance to the beach and bars. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience, very neat and clean. Very good location. Some corner pieces were not cleaned such as the balcony. Recommend to provide more toilet paper, kitchen paper, improve the shower head, washer detergent, etc.

Great stay - better than the pictures!

We chose this house for our girls weekend for the location (which is perfect), but were pleasantly surprised that the house is larger than the photos appear. We were concerned their wouldn't be space for our large group to gather, but the main level with the kitchen and family room is very large and has a great open floor plan. There is also tons of deck space (one off almost every bedroom) which was a great bonus! Definitely recommend!

Great spot for a big group

This was the perfect location for a big group of girls to stay for the weekend. Love that the bedrooms are on different levels from the kitchen and living space. Cute balconies on every level and walking distance from beach and bars. Would recommend!

We Highly recommend this place.

One bed was broken but there were enough beds that we could work around it. Owner said it will be fixed. Owner and manager was very responsive to needs. We had a great time and the house suited our needs perfectly. We would stay again. The walk to the beach is easy and safe.
