Dining area and sitting space with tables. Cable TV and WIFI available. Great outdoors with lots of privacy. Great parking space and parking pad for lawn chairs and outdoor relaxing and grilling. My first visit to Starkville was a success. The guest house was cozy. Easy access to town. Bring extra toiletries. Only hand soap available.

Very quite very clean. Driving down the dirt road was only unpleasant thing. Relaxing on my birthday was much needed and staying here definitely accomplished that.

Pleasant location

Ms. Peggy was easy to get in touch with and very friendly. The place was clean and cozy. The hot water for the shower didn’t last long which was somewhat inconvenient. The bed was comfortable and I would recommend this place to others. Thank you.

Great Place

Ms. Peggy is great! The property is nice and perfect for my stay. My only regret was that the hot water didn’t last over 5 minutes in the shower. I’m very happy with my stay. Thank you for everything!
