Lieber nicht

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einer stark befahrenden Umgehungsstraße und es ist deshalb laut. Der Garten ist hübsch, aber es gibt einen Grund, warum das Haus nur von hinten fotografiert ist in der Anzeige. Von vorne ist die Situation heruntergekommen, ungepflegt, schmutzig und abstoßend. Das Bad hat eine defekte Spülvorrichtung, das Waschbecken ist kaputt, die Tür ist aufgequollen und das Furnier hebt sich ab, der Duschvorhang ist verschimmelt.

Super région

Le logement est tres ɓien situé, de très belle promenade sont accessibles à moins de 10 min en voiture. Le sentier des douaniers est tout simplement magnifique a faire. Une bonne bouffé d'air dans cette superbe région.

Grundsätzlich OK mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Die Lage auf dem Berg war für Ausflüge sehr vorteilhaft und der angrenzende Garten ist riesig. Der erste Eindruck von der Hauptverkehrsstrasse war aber dürftig. Der Eingangsbereich mit Spinnweben und Laub übersät. Na dann mal rein... Das WC im EG roch nach Bahnhof. Der Garderobenschrank müsste mal ausgesaugt werden. Der Wohnraum ist atmosphärisch. Die Treppe und der tolle Blick in den Garten sind es wert... Der Esstisch ist leider zu niedrig und der Herd läuft nur auf zwei Flammen!? Die Räume im OG sind schön, das Bad sehr veraltet. Wir haben das weiß der Treppenstufen gebohnert und den Duschvorhang mal in die vorhandene Waschmaschine gesteckt. Die Kinder haben die Räume gemocht. Es war alles nötige da. Die Sauberkeit ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Preis-Leistung stimmt daher nicht ganz. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super! Vorschlag: Bad aufhübschen, Kochutensilien kontrollieren und tauschen, Endreinigung immer vom Mieter bezahlen lassen!!!
