Aqua Vacation Rentals Springfield Beach House is a bright, modern retreat with private hot tub, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths in the heart of Union Pier just 1 block to Berrien Beach. Every detail of this home was thoroughly thought out and resulted in an amazing makeover. As you enter the front door to the left is a large living room with lots of natural light and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a movie on a large smart TV or just hang out. The house has cable and internet for guests enjoyment. On the lower level of the house there are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and a bathroom across the hall plus a large primary bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom attached. On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed, a full bath and a half bath plus a large open concept kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has everything you need for a large group gathering including 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers and a large dining table for everyone to sit together for dinner. This area also features a small seating area and there are stools at the island for enjoying breakfast or a cocktail while making dinner. The backyard is very large with plenty of space for the kids to run and play. Enjoy the large patio area with comfy outdoor furniture, umbrellas, a hot tub, a gas grill and a fire pit (w/firewood) to enjoy S'mores or a glass of wine while watching the stars! This home is in the heart of Union Pier with the beach just a block away and Whistle Stop and Red Arrow Road House just a few blocks away. As an Elite home our guests will be provided a welcome package, toiletries and all the essentials which include hand and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and laundry soap.

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

- All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
- Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Maximum car parking- 4
- No smoking
- NO Pets allowed
- Events, parties and large gatherings are not allowed
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is refundable less a $300 cancellation fee if cancelled 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure

Great girls weekend!

This was a great spot for our mom’s weekend! We had 6 adults stay and there was more than enough space. The kitchen was huge and the downstairs living room was a great space too. The backyard had tons of space and we enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub! The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location. We could walk to the beach or to the cafe/restaurants in downtown Union Pier. We also spent a day visiting a few wineries, although those were about.a 25 minute drive away. Definitely recommend this house for a girls trip, a couples trip, or a trip with family!

The layout and location of this house worked wonderfully for me and my family. Spacious rooms allowed us all to gather when we wanted to all be together and have easy access to time apart when we needed it. The house was walking distance to great eats as well as the beach. Beautiful House in Great Location

We stayed as a group of 8 adults. This house is exactly as pictured online. Everyone loved the modern decor. So many nice touches throughout the house. The patio is massive with so much seating, for lounging, sitting around the fire, and eating. The hot tub was so warm and clean. The house is about a 5 minute, easy walk to the beach. Also walkable to the town’s small downtown. Easy 10 minute drive to New Buffalo. This house had everything you could ever need in the kitchen. We highly recommend this house and will look to stay here again in the future.

The family room was perfect for a great night of games. I'm big on cooking and the Kitchen had everything imaginable. The beds were comfortable and the entire home was clean. The heated flooring in the bathrooms was so plush. Unfortunately, we didn't have cooperative weather so we did not get to formally utilize the backyard amenities however the setup looks great. Overall we had a great stay here. The owners were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. The only downside was that the house was pretty cold to start off with. Luckily we found some blankets in closets so that helped out a lot. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was better than I expected. Great backyard area, great communication by the management company. Perfect for my out of town friends and I for our wedding weekend. Beautiful rental!

We made a last minute switch to this property and we are so glad we did! The house is beautiful and there was plenty of space for our entire group. The owners even left a s’mores kit and champagne which was a lovely touch. My only suggestion would be to have additional washcloths and towels on hand. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
