Welcome to OceanAura, a true one bedroom/one bath oceanfront unit with amazing views. Keyless entry with no contact check in or check out. Luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite counter tops, newer furnishings, 55 inch Samsung QLED SmartTV, bathroom remodeled with new flooring, paint, vanity, light, and gorgeous tiled shower with tub. The bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfy plush mattress to enjoy the views. The nightstands have lamps with USB chargers for your phones and electronics. There is a battery operated light on each side of the bed for reading. There is also a tv as well as access to the balcony. Living/dining area includes a Samsung 55inch QLED Smart tv with cable channels including HBO. You also have access to Samsung TV channels . The electric fireplace provides both ambience and warmth. There is a dining table with chairs to enjoy your meals.The kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and glass tile backsplash. There is a keurig coffee maker and we supply some kcup pods including coffee and hot cocoa for those nights you want to enjoy the fireplace while watching your favorite tv show on cable or streaming. Beautiful new comfortable counter height chairs and table to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the balcony. The condo is located on the 5th floor, the perfect floor to enjoy the beautiful views but not too high up for those that do not like heights. There are many amenities to enjoy while staying here such as indoor and outdoor heated pool, lazy river, numerous hot tubs, nice lounging areas with loungers for sun bathing. There is a pool bar during the seasonal months. There is a fitness room for those who never want to miss a workout. Very nice oceanfront restaurant offering wonderful meals. In a hurry? Grab a coffee or quick breakfast snack at the lobby cafe. Walk to miniature golf and restaurants such as Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's and the oceanfront Sea Captain's House. We welcome dogs 20 pounds and less with a non-refundable 25.00 pet fee per night. No aggressive breeds per the HOA, Per HOA: Pets must be 20 pounds or less.permitted in select room types only. Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted.

Would highly recommend this property. I have nothing negative to say at all. The space is clean, open, the bed was super comfy, great water pressure in the shower, the view is spectacular, the condo was quiet and had anything that you would need on top of all of that parking was super easy and Location is only a 15 min drive from the airport, outlet shopping and Boardwalk at the beach, not to mention super easy access to the beach.

Pet perfect and spectacular sunrises! I love the heated pools and hot tubs. There’s a cafe with Starbucks and breakfast and a restaurant as well. I could lay in my bed and watch the ocean. So wonderful and the host and unit were great!

We really enjoyed this location, right on the beach. Loved being able to see the ocean from our fifth floor bedroom bed. Watching the sunrise and feeling the warmth of the sun as it filled the room was delightful.The unit was clean and well-stocked. Glad to have the chairs to sit on the beach, even in February.The size of the balcony was perfect. (Many times the balcony is barely large enough for two people.) This one was excellent!We would certainly stay here again. Very cozy, very comfortable.

Property is wonderful. Great location. October is the most excellent time to visit Myrtle Beach. Enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We loved awakening to sunrise views, walking the beach, swimming in the pools, using the hot tubs and dining on the balcony. Looking forward to the next visit.

Amazing little getaway

My friend and I enjoyed the stay. The view of the ocean at sunrise and sunset was one of our favorite parts. The facility was clean and comfortable. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible and not far away. Even in the off season we found plenty of activities to do which included fishing. I would only suggest if you go off season check restaurant and store hours as they may be different then during the on season.

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean and had an amazing view of the beach. Access to the beach was close and easy to find. There was also a small grassy area to walk your dog. I traveled here for work and would definitely stay here again!

First Timers' in Myrtle Beach!

Look NO further!!! Great location, great condo with AMAZING sunrise/sunset views on the balcony! The condo had everything you could think of (we didn't need to go to the store to get your basic essentials, it was all provided!) No outside noise or disturbances from other tenants which is always a bonus!! The host even left us a little welcome gift!! JoAnn & Patrick were very informative and they respond right away if you need anything. The location is great if you don't want the action hanging over you from the boardwalk but still in great distance from shops/food spots and 10min from the Airport! We would stay here again and highly recommend to others!!

A time of escape

Our stay was pleasant. I would like to thank our hosts for making our trip extra special. We were celebrating a birthday, and we walked into a kitchen that had a pretty red bag with a card... a birthday card and very lovely gift! This was a fantastic space: the balcony on the oceanfront, a view of the endless horizon, sunrises and sunsets..wherever you were in the condo, your vision could remain connected to the waters. Experience was 100% except for a/c unit is living room not working, and nedroom a/c unit blowing directly onto the head of the bed. (A folding chair and towel work great to deflect the airflow from your head.) Extremely limited handicapped parking.

Was hoping for better

No grab handles on shower and it was slick, floor was sandy and didn’t feel clean when we got there, baseboards needed a coat of paint and good cleaning, room was very humid. Found a qtip between mattress and boxspring. Remote in bedroom didn’t work had to buy batteries and reprogram. For the price these details should all have been taken care of. The view was perfect, bed comfortable and had what was needed.
