Quaint 800 square foot, one-story beach cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and will comfortable accommodate a total of 6 guests. (Maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced) Property is located just steps from Morro Bay Harbor and Embarcadero! Large private backyard is great for kiddos with a swing set, playhouse, and picnic area. Adults can enjoy patio dining, lounging in the hammock, yard games, or a game of horseshoes.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
This comfortable 2 bedroom cottage has a full kitchen with dining area. Home is private, sitting back from the street, yet is still very conveniently located just half a block from the Harbor and Embarcadero. There is a good sized fenced back yard with a large patio, horseshoe pit, and charcoal BBQ to enjoy (please bring your own charcoal). A patio table large enough for 6 allows dining, game playing, or just casual lounging while on vacation. This home also has its own private washer and dryer (no coins needed). Both bedrooms have memory foam king beds and the living room has a pull out sofa (double/full) bed. The bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and is located between and adjoins the two bedrooms. Home has one assigned parking space. Free public parking lot is located across the street, and free street parking is also available. The garage is locked and is not available to guests.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a delicious meal. A dual Keirug (singles and 12 cup pot) is available for your caffeine needs. Please note that there is no dishwasher. If cooking isn’t your specialty the Morro Bay Embarcadero is just steps away and has many different dining options available.
Dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and laundry detergent are all provided for your convenience. You may need to purchase additional supplies for larger parties or extended stays.
Also, we provide all of the following freshly laundered linens for your stay: towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, down alternative comforters, and blankets.
A a pack n play with mattress and linens, a booster/highchair seat, and Bumbo chair is available for guest use.
We also have your trip to the beach covered! We offer a folding wagon, 4 folding chairs, 2 folding low beach chairs, 1 small and 1 large ice chest, beach blanket, umbrella, and beach towels.
RULES:
• Maximum occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced (Occupancy greater than 6 will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and additional $500 fee)
• Must be 25 years old to rent this property
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• No events or gatherings allowed (Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and an additional $1,000 fee)
• No pets allowed (Unauthorized Pets - Minimum $500 Fee)
• Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am
• No exception to Check-In (4:00pm) and Check-Out (11:00am) times unless pre-approved by host in advance
• No 3rd Party Bookings - Person making reservation must be staying at the property
• No flushing anything other than toilet paper in toilets
• Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors
• The home does not have a garbage disposal, so please do not put food down the drain
• Please park only one vehicle in the assigned parking space in front of the garage. Multiple vehicles are not allowed to tandemly park in that parking space outside of the garage as it could block neighboring spaces.
• Swing set is designed for kids age 3-8
• We do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits of any kind for weather conditions as these are beyond our control. We strongly suggest that guests purchase travel insurance.
