Emplacement et l’appartement

Circulation automobile intense, polution dû à la circulation routière, bruits amplifiés par la réverbération causé par l’absence d’insonorisation dans l’appartement. Nécessité d’avoir des bouchons pour le sommeil. Emplacement, très bien localise(épicerie, pharmacie, essence resto )

Agréable séjour à LA BOUCAN

La description est parfaite, il ne manque rien. Situation au centre de l'île permet de visiter partout. Commerces à proximité. Seul inconvénient, la circulation incessante, mais bon nous circulions.

Très bien

Location facile à trouver, grande et comportant tout ce dont on a besoin ! Proche de supermarchés / station essence. Propriétaire très conciliant. Seul point négatif : le bruit venant de la route, mais qu’on entend pas/ peu depuis la chambre la nuit. Je recommande.

Séjour a la Boucan

J'ai passé d'excellente vacances chez Cedric dans son appartement. Qui a la fois bien placée vu quil ya tout au alentour mais a la fois mal passé car il y a beaucoup de circulation vu qu'il situé au bord de la route. A part ca rien a dire merci beaucoup

Séjour à Sainte-Rose

Très bon séjour! Logement très bien situé,à proximité de tout et bien équipé .Me déplaçant essentiellement en bus j'ai pu sillonner la Guadeloupe sans difficulté, faire mes courses..bref je recommande fortement cette location. J'avais quelques appréhensions concernant la proximité de la route mais j'ai très bien dormi ;

Agréable séjour, propriétaire à l’écoute et attentionné avec ses clients. Nous avions tout le nécessaire pour le séjour (serviettes, papiers, essuie-tout, étendoir et j’en passe). Nous recommandons ce logement pour vos vacances 😉.

Le logement est grand avec des pièces supplémentaires pour poser les valises, étendre le linge... Très bonne connection wifi, idéale pour le télétravail ! Le propriétaire est très réactif. Le petit bémol serait le bruit de la route, mais le propriétaire n'y peut malheureusement pas grand chose

Notre séjour de 15 jours fut un dépaysement total cette ile est vraiment magnifique . Cette location est vraiment très bien le seul bémol est la circulation ,malheureusement le loueur n'y peut rien il faut faire comme nous partir toute la journée car il y a tellement de choses à voir. Et avec la chaleur je peux vous dire que le soir on est bien fatigué et nous sommes sauvé pour dormir car il y a la clim qui marche très bien.

Parfait !

Le logement était propre. Le propriétaire était rapide a répondre a nos questions. Nous n'avons pas manquer d'eau dû aux coupures d'eau de la ville, puisqu'il y a réserve. C'est brouillant dû a la circulation sur la rue, mais nous étions au courant donc avec des bouchons nous avons bien dormi. Pour le prix c'est une très bonne place.

Bon logement au mauvais environnement

Le logement en lui même est très bien Cepandant son emplacement est loin d'être optimal. Étant en bord de Nationale très passante de jour comme de nuit, le bruit est permanent, mais le problème principal est une plaque d'égout qui claque à chaque voiture trop à droite, et cela est insupportable. Pour conclure le logement est bien situé géographiquement, le bruit de la circulation pourrait être supportable si il n'y avait pas cette plaque d'égout qui rend le séjour désagréable. Bien entendu les hôtes n'y sont pour rien mais une demande à la voirie serait indispensable. Merci pour votre accueil qui était très bien, la vidéo pour l'explication de l'arrivée est parfaite.

Super séjour

Avec des supers explications nous avons trouvé sans soucis. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour cet appartement confortable et propre qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer après chaque journée à vagabonder sur basse terre. On recommande! :)

En plein cœur du quartier de la boucan appartement proche de Nombreux commerces de proximité Idéal pour se rendre en forêt ou bord de mer Cependant prenez vos dispositions quant à emprunter la nationale2 axe très fréquenté !
