Book this detached house in the Parc de la Résidence for a most pleasant stay with family or friends!

It comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with a flat screen TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with a 3 burner ceramic hob, hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment.... all opening onto a covered terrace.
The sleeping area is composed of a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin, an independent toilet.
A third bedroom with two 90cm beds and a fourth bedroom with one 140cm bed. Both can share an adjoining bathroom with toilet.
Each bedroom has a cupboard / wardrobe.

A storeroom with washing machine is at your disposal.

You can enjoy gas barbecue-plancha evenings under the soft starry summer nights!

Terrace furniture, deckchairs... everything is there!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
