Watermans Beachfront Condo Unit 1

The Beach Front condo has breathtaking views of the mighty Mississippi! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, town home that has beach front access to Lake Pepin. There is a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping. Watch the most gorgeous sunrise from the living room, patio, or even the upstairs master suite! The dining room table makes it easy to accommodate your whole family for meals. This is a ground level town home with access to its own beach front. There isn't a dock on the property. There are two public boat landings and a marina that is very close. You are welcome to beach your boat if you desire. Relax in this tastefully decorated home while you watch the eagles fish and the migratory birds such as pelicans, swans, and various species of ducks. It is located right to the right of the Willows Restaurant/Resort. We are a short drive from town and all the amenities. Come stay with us!

Long weekend get away

It was super easy to access the property....the oropertywas cleanand very well decorated. The showers could have used a betterwipe down, found hair....the outdoor patio has a loose siding board hanging down, there were thistle growing in the landscape rocks. The pillows in the King bed need replacing. But overallit was a great view of the lake and clean.bed need to be replaced...h. Rheoverall

Lake City Weekend getaway on the lake

Excellent views of Lake Pepin, right next door to Kelly's bar and grill. We never had to cook a thing, food was wonderful. We''l be back next year.

Girls Getaway

Pros: great location, condo was clean and just as described on website. A walking path along the river is steps away. Neighbors are friendly, great view of the river. Kelly's restaurant is 2 doors down. Cons: No umbrella on the patio, the pullout and main floor beds were not comfortable and we could not get the microwave to work.

We enjoyed the location - beautiful views of Lake Pepin and just next door to a bar/restaurant with excellent food. That worked well for our teen who didn't like certain adult items. The condo was clean and nice with a good sized kitchen.

We were very happy with our condo. Everything was like it was in the description. Loved sitting on the patio. Beds were comfortable. TVs were hard to operate but that’s not why we were there. Had a great time. Would stay there again.

35th Wedding Anniversary Weekend

Very nice property. Convenient to all the areas we wanted to drive to. We loved the kitchen and table. Made our breakfasts here and played games in the evening at the table. The Kelly’s Lakeshore Bar and Restaurant was also nice to have so close. We loved our stay. Photos are exactly like what you experience!

Girl family weekend.

Beautiful location on Lake Pepin on the Mississippi River. Perfect spot to watch a sunrise. Unit 1 was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful floor plan and lovely kitchen. As others have mentioned, there is traffic noise, but this would not deter us from staying here again. This area along the Mississippi River has much to offer for scenic beauty.
