Enjoy 3 private bedrooms with comfortable queen beds in two and two twin size beds in the third bedroom. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
The large kitchen is filled with every possible gadget for the guest that would just prefer a home cooked meal. Full living room gives ample space for everyone to watch tv, but really who wants to watch television with that view!
Henry’s View Haven is just a mere 20minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park and about 10 miles from restaurants, gas stations and the local grocery store.
Whether your vacation plans include atv riding, boating, fishing, hiking or sight seeing – Henry’s View Haven will provide a wonderful atmosphere for life to slow down and unwind.
Cell phones work well. WIFI and Netflix are provided. Enjoy some of the area’s best activities within minutes from leaving the cabin. Yellowstone National Park is 20 minutes away. Enjoy record breaking fishing on Henry's Lake, in the Madison River or Henry's Fork of the Snake. Take in the majestic beauty of Mesa Falls or visit Johnny Sacks Cabin and Big Springs just a few minutes down Highway 20. There is a live dinner theater at Macks Inn Playhouse just a few miles down the road. Float trips, horseback riding, ziplines and golf are easily available. Take the time to hike at Harriman State Park and enjoy natures wonders.
The Haven is a NON-SMOKING cabin. We are under county ordinances for short term rentals and ask that our guests please stay in compliance for their safety and health; we ask that you stay within capacity limits, read the burn ordinance and be neighborly!

Amazing Trip/Property

The home had everything you would need. Fully stocked, not once did we look for something and not find it! It was clean, cozy and convenient with amazing views! I wish our time there was longer so we could have enjoyed the home more! There was so much to see in the area we were barely at the home. We would leave early in the morning and not return until 8-9pm. Time to go to sleep in the comfortable beds. Yellowstone was about 20 minutes away, easy drive. Would definitely recommend and rent again! Thanks for making a family vacation perfect!

Great place at a convenient location

We spent 4 days at this house to visit Yellowstone. It was a great decision to stay here. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is really quiet, which is pretty relax after a long day at the park. Beautiful view to the nearby lake. Recommended.

Yellowstone

Very clean, updated, cozy house with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from the porch. Conveniently located near the West Yellowstone entrance. Short drive to rodeo as well. On check out we were instructed to put towels in the washer machine and start the laundry as well as dishwasher. Its not something that people would like to do on the vacation. It didn't really take away from overall pisitive experience, but found it strange to be asked to do that. Great stay overall! Beautiful place!

Great place to stay and only a short drive to West Yellowstone park entrance! Wish we could've stayed longer. The goodie welcome bag was a nice touch!

Great stay by West Yellowstone

Perfect location for the west entrance of Yellowstone. This house was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. The owner was very timely in all communications. Would definitely consider coming back if we return to the area.

Nice place to stay

Overall clean and very comfortable. Very few cobwebs and never could get the Wi-Fi and therefore the television going. But that’s okay!

Fantastic views, great location

Nice layout, property as described (there are more neighboring houses than it appears) but the neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is well appointed (no plastic cups or dishes for kiddos but not seeing that in a lot of rentals these days(?). The views of the lake and mountain are really lovely from the wrap around porch. Great spot for access to Yellowstone NP (20-25 mins) or Island Park, if you don't want to be right in a tourist town.

The views from the house can’t be beat. Plus it’s only 20 minutes from West Yellowstone. The fire pit was a nice bonus. The property manager was always very quick to respond and very accommodating.

Grandkids Yellowstone Trip

The property sits on a hillside with several other homes/cabins. From the outside, the property looks run down, but inside it is very nice, just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a back deck that looks out over Henry Lake and the Island Park valley. The drive to West Yellowstone and the Park takes a good 20 minutes so you need to plan your trips accordingly. Overall a very good place to stay. Had numerous communications with the Host via e-mail and text, she was very responsive and helpful. Overall a very good place to say.

Great cabin to go to Yellowstone and so many other places to see. Cabin was above and beyond our expectations and Shawna making this our home away from home complete. Would highly recommend this place.

Cabin with an awesome view

The cabin was spacious and nicely decorated. The view from the back deck was spectacular! There were many amenities, and the cabin was only about 30 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance. The welcome package from the host was an unexpected but greatly appreciated treat! We all enjoyed our time there very much!

Great stay!

Our stay was great! The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect fit for our trip. Shawna responded right away for any questions we had. We spent most our days at Yellowstone so the 20 min trip to a West Yellowstone was easy, then did a horseback ride 20 min south in Idaho and the cabin was in a great neutral location! We definitely recommend a stay here.

Practical property and gorgeous setting

Practical property that perfectly met our needs. Surrounded by mountains and Henry's Lake, and fascinating horizon views of the Tetons and Absorakas from decks and just 20 minutes to YNP west entrance. The host, Shawna, was exceptionally helpful in getting us settled in for our one month stay.

Wonderful cabin!

Absolutely beautiful! The location was wonderful and an easy quick drive each day to the West Yellowstone entrance for access to the park. The view from the cabin deck was stunning with Henry’s Lake and mountains. The property was clean, wonderfully decorated, and cozy for all those traveling. The kitchen had great appliances (dish washer/fridge/oven/stove/microwave/coffee maker/griddle/toaster) and was easy to cook in. The washer dryer allowed me to launder my belongings throughout the week. The layout inside made it easy to relax and talk together in. We had 5 adults traveling together and had more than enough space for all of us. Would come here again in a heartbeat!!

Loved it!

The accomodations were great. We loved the deck, the peaceful surroundings and the view. The property listed air conditioning but it has only a single room unit which we were not expecting.

Amazing views and location

We started our Montana vacation by staying in this property for several nights so that we could easily explore Yellowstone. It was exactly as described and appeared in the photos , and was only a short drive into West Yellowstone. This home was PERFECT! They thought of everything when decorating and preparing this home for guests- from the thoughtful welcome basket of goodies upon our arrival, to the very much appreciated mobile AC unit that made the home cool and comfortable (days were in the 90s while we were here). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, a washer and dryer with detergent, very comfortable beds, spacious dining area and a nice living area to spend our evenings reflecting on the adventures of the day. The views from the porch- and really even the living area, were absolutely stunning- looking out to the lake and the mountains. Watching the sunset over the mountains from the porch was breathtaking, I made my family rush home most days so that we could witness this beautiful sight. We didn’t get to use the firepit while we were there, but it looked like a fun area to spend time together. We spent time enjoying the area- of course went to Yellowstone- which was AMAZING, went to the local rodeo one evening- which we highly recommend it was so much fun, and went whitewater rafting with Montana Whitewater Rafting another day (this was a beautiful 1.5 hour drive away). Overall, we highly recommend this home for your time in Yellowstone or enjoying the lake.

GREAT PLACE

Worked very well for my wife and I with two grandchildren. Very well equipped. In every way. Great fun watching the ground squirrels and the swifts play around the house. Our primary objective was Yellowstone but spent two days traveling south from the house in Idaho visiting Big Springs, Mesa Falls and John Sack’s cabin. Sea gulls at Big Springs? OBTW my name is Buddy not duddy even though duddy has a nice ring to it
