Coastal Cottage - Close to Gulf Shores Beaches/Attractions!

Classic, coastal cottage. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores in walking distance to our beautiful white sand beaches. Comfortable cottage sleeps 4 guests - 2 private bedrooms (queen sized bed in each) and one full bathroom. Public beach access, popular restaurants, and shops just blocks away. Easy driving distance to Gulf State Park, Waterville, mini golf, OWA amusement complex, outlet shopping, sports complexes, and more! This cozy cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and is equipped with all of the comforts of home.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include: free Wi-Fi, 2 smart tv's (no cable), fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter roll of paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps in bathroom.

* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

This little cottage is perfectly located. We walked to shopping, dining, the beach and a Mardi Gras parade. We were here for an extended stay and was able to bring our sweet fur girl which was such a bonus. Clean and just right.

A fine place off the beaten main path nut close to most things
Okay I am 59 lets start there. We stayed 12days. Dog friendly was a must. Overall very impressed with the unit. 2 blocks North of the main drag US182, so nice and quite. The driveway is now paved. Inside was very clean. TThe A/C

Just what we needed!
This cottage was very cozy and the location was everything! It was nice and cool when we arrived. Dishes were a little half washed but I'm sure it was by mistake. Overall we are pleased and would come here again. We had no problems with communication with Shonna. Thanks for the experience!!

Awful Experience
Place was messy, food was still in the fridge. Owner was rude and entitled that I clean the place even though they make me pay a cleaning fee. I asked for a refund for wanting leaving early because of the horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hangout Madness
When we booked, we didn't realize the Hangout Music Festival was also scheduled for Friday - Sunday. This property is directly in the crosshairs of that event as all traffic is routed down E 2nd Ave! The traffic, the blocked off roads, the masses of 18-25 yrs. old (estimated at 45,000) was a bit too much - luckily we left on Saturday morning before the madness started again. The property itself was very functional but we felt a little short-changed on amenities such as uncomfortable furniture, 'Dollar General' sheets, pillows, soaps, bath towels, wash rags, etc.. on the items that were furnished. Additionally, the mini-split a/c units, while functional, would switch to heat in the middle of the night - last thing you need on a hot, sultry night! Would not rent this unit again, as the price is not competitive with much nicer units. It is 'pet-friendly' as several other properties are not.
