Located on the 1st floor, in a magnificent early 20th-century Anglo-Norman Villa, classified, feet in the water, direct access to the beach. 55m2 apartment with 1 bedroom, furnished with 2 beds (one 160x200cm and the other 90x200cm) and a wardrobe, with a balcony overlooking the beach. Bathroom with toilet and window. Fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, etc.) open to the living room with a sofa bed (140x190cm) and 2 armchairs; exceptional view with balcony overlooking the bay of St Malo. West facing, looking out onto sumptuous sunsets. Ideal for 4/5 people - Free parking next to the Villa, dishwashers and laundry machines. 16 minutes from the train station by foot, close to all shops, 25 minute walk from the Historic centre, and 2 minutes from the thermal baths. Children do not have to cross streets to get to the beach. You can have a car-free stay!

Joli appartement lumineux et agréable emplacement au top En revanche entretien du jardin à revoir nous nous sommes cognes plusieurs fois côté digue en sortant balcon très dangereux si enfants ou animaux car 2 barreaux cassés prix élevé pour la prestation manquent

Superbe vue

La vue de l appartement est magnifique et tres bien situé sur le sillon L entrée est tres vetuste a l intérieur tres simple je voulais signaler qu il n'y a pas de détecteur de fumée et que l électricité n'est pas au normes bouton électrique avec fusible sinon a part ça on a pas une bonne semaine

Enttäuschend und traurig...

Wenn Werbung im Internet mit der Realität nicht übereinstimmt... Wenn man aufs Gelände geht muss man aufpassen das man nicht einen tiefhängenden Ast eines im Garten stehenden Baumes ins Gesicht bekommt. Türschloss zum Haus ist ne Zumutung. Mit ganz spezieller Technik bekommt man die Türe auf, doch die Vermieterin musste kommen und aufschließen Ganz wenig Licht im sehr düsteren Treppenhaus incl Staub und Spinnweben. Stufen teilweise garnicht erkennbar. Außenbeleuchtung genauso düster. Null Erklärung oder Anleitung zu verschiedenen Dingen,wie Heizung, Müllentsorgung etc. Zwei Betten stehen zur Verfügung. Nur eins bezogen. Zweites Bettinlett zwar im Schrank, aber keinerlei Bezüge. Erst nach Anfrage hat Vermietern die Wäsche aus einem verschlossenen Schrank geholt. Heizungssteuerung nur durch Zufall gefunden. jetzt Mitte Oktober schon kalte Tage. Es riecht in der Wohnung äußerst unangenehm. Türgriffe der Küchenschränke kleben. Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler schmutzig Viel angeschlagenes Geschirr. Brotkrümel des Vormieters noch in einer Schublade gefunden Für 10 Tage Aufenthalt nur jeder zwei Handtücher Bei Fragen zur Vermieterin lange warten auf Antworten. Auto parken auf Grundstück äußerst schwierig, zu enge Einfahrt bei einem Combi Einzig Gute an der Wohnung ist :der Ausblick aufs Wasser! Preis Leistung unter aller Sau, hier wird nur ABGEZOCKT...Schade um den Verfall der Immobilie, es wird nichts investiert... NICdiese ImmoEHLEN

Stilvoll am Meer leben

Wer Altbau mag, wird sich in diesem Appartement wohl fühlen. Dazu jederzeit das Meer sehen und hören zu können, ist ein Privileg. Die Einrichtung läßt nichts vermissen

Tolles Appartment mit fantastischem Merrblick!

Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Bei Flut war es in der Wohnung wie auf einem Schiff zu sei! Wir haben jeden Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus genossen,egal wie das Wetter da. Die Wohnung hat alles was man im Urlab braucht und die Lage ist für uns perfekt gewesen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir waren eine Woche in Saint Malo in dieser Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage eines älteren Hauses. Das Treppenhaus wirkt beim ersten Eindruck dunkel und unaufgeräumt, davon sollte man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und ordentlich und man hat durch den Balkon einen spektakulären Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir konnten 7 phantastische Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos ebenso die Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und ebenso freundlich verabschiedet. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden wieder kommen. Viele Grüße Jeannette und Jens

Zauberhaft

Auf dem Balkon zu stehen und auf das Meer zu schauen, ist einfach zauberhaft. Aber bitte immer den Blick auf das Meer gerichtet halten, bitte nicht umdrehen. Der Blick in das Apartment scheitert (siehe frühere Beurteilung) schon seit Wochen an dem linken Flügel der Balkontür, der nicht mehr bewegt werden kann. Im Apartment selber wird alles, was nicht schon durch Salz und Sand geschädigt ist, durch die nicht vorhandene Bereitschaft, aus den Mieteinnahmen einen angemessenen Teil für Investitionen einzusetzen, dem Verfall überlassen. Es ist einfach unerfreulich, wie diese von der Lage her als Schmuckstück zu bezeichnende Wohnung durch uneingeschränkte Gewinnmaximierung und nicht ausreichende Pflege bereitwillig dem mittelfristigen Untergang überlassen wird. Also schnell wieder umdrehen und durch den beweglichen rechten Türflügel hinaus auf den Balkon, allerdings bitte nicht nach unten schauen, denn der Balkon ist ein weiterer Indikator für den voran streitenden Verfall der gesamten Immobilie.

Wunderbares Ambiente

Eine schöne Villa mit Stil und Geschichte: Liebe Geraldine, wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt und den Blick auf die Gezeiten sehr genossen. Saint Malo ist eine Reise wert - und neben Intra Musos ist die lange Strandpromenade eines der Highlights. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schlechtes Haus, sieht absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig aus, schmutzig und ungepflegt um das Haus, im Garten und Hausinnern bis zur Wohnungstür, Veermin? Die Wohnung selbst haben wir nicht genutzt, auf Grund des nicht akzeptablen Umfeld kam eine Nutzung nicht in Frage, wir mussten ein anders Objekt suchen. Die Inhaberin hat sich nicht sehen lassen wurde aber während eines Telefongesprächs unhöflich und aggressiv. Auch FeWo und Vrbo haben nicht geantwortet. Wir haben Fotos gemacht und auch Aussagen eines Mitarbeiter des Alma Hotels, von nebenan! Kostenerstattung ??

Toller Ausblick auf das Meer

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Heizung und Warmwasser hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Betten sind für 2 Personen breit genug und bequem. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass sich im Wohnzimmer der linke Fensterflügel nicht öffnen ließ. Sonst wäre bei Frühstück der Blick auf das Meer noch optimaler gewesen.

Wunderbare Lage - alte Schönheit des Hauses - Service destaströse

Wir haben die Lage und das Haus genossen. Schon bei Anreise war kein Heisswasser für Dusche und Küche. Der Vermieter änderte die ganze Woche nichts daran. Kein Handwerker oder Betreuer wurde gesehen. Ein Woche ohne Dusche und bis heute meldet sich auch Fewo-direkt nicht dazu. SERVCE DESTRASTRÖS

Un séjour vivifiant

5 jours à saint malo au mois de mars .. Un appartement de caractère dans une villa typique ...des l entrée ,plongées dans une autre époque : un immense escalier en bois ,des vitraux sur le palier ...un charme .... Un appartement fonctionnel avec un balcon face a la mer ,une mouette est même venue nous dire bonjour ...une très bonne literie , une déco constituée de tableaux et de photos anciennes ... Pour la saison le chauffage était nécessaire et fonctionnait parfaitement . Un grand merci a Charline qui nous a accueillie avec professionnalisme et empathie Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ..

Une Résidence extra

On a apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et compétent de Charline. Également nous étions vraiment satisfait de la vitesse de réaction après un dérèglement du chauffage. L'extérieur et l'intérieure avec sa cage d'escalier énorme du "petit chateau Les Lutins" sont en effet impressionnants. Nous deux étaient très contents et c'est pourquoi on reviendra.

Un séjour formidable !

L’appartement est idéalement situé et bien équipé. La vue sur la plage permet d’être aux premières loges du spectacle des marées. Les personnes qui accueillent sont très gentilles, attentives aux hôtes et efficaces. Merci à elles !

Eine interessante Unterkunft in exponierter Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor Reiseantritt war hervorragend. Alle Fragen wurden ausreichend beantwortet. Die Übergabe erfolgte zum vereinbarten Zeitraum. Das Auto konnte auf dem Hof abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung war mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Das Haus ist beeindruckend und hat Entwicklungspotential. Beeindruckend ist der Blick vom Balkon auf die Promenade und Küstenlandschaft, vor allem bei Ebbe und Flut. Zum Strand sind es 1 Minute zu Fuß, kurzer Weg, wenn man baden oder sich sonnen möchte. Zur Altstadt von Saint-Malo sind es ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Besuch der Altstadt ohne Auto ist empfohlen, da die Parkgebühren recht hoch sind.

Beste Lage, erste Linie am Meer, zu Fuß 15 Minuten zur wunderbaren Altstadt. Unendlicher Strand bei Ebbe. Gezeiten pur. Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend auf dem Balkon geniessen. Eine Strandvilla mit Kunst und Geschichte. Sehr zu empfehlen

La vue...la vie

Pour le gîte on peut hésiter, suivant son humeur, entre "charme vieillot" et "mériterait un serieux rajeunissement". Mais l'essentiel est à l'extérieur dans un face à face epoustouflant avec l'océan (L'immensité dit l'homme. L'éternité dit l'âme. V. Hugo)
