Lovely Property
We had a lovely time in Nice at this apartment. Christian is very helpful- and provided information about restaurants and the area.
The apartment is clean and tidy. The main highlight- the view! It is absolutely beautiful- both during the day and then in the evening. Often watching fireworks. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning worked well (please note you will need to empty the buckets daily) Well equipped kitchen. Shower is lovely too. Nice to have a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The pool is a lovely addition- however please note only one week is included in the price - we stayed 10 days so needed to pay an extra €40 per person for the last few days. Not an issue- but this is not in the listing so maybe help for someone else to know.
Again a nice to know- pool rules. No ball games, inflatables, food or drink (unless bottled water). Woggles are permitted and can be bought at the closest supermarket for €3. The pool attendant does monitor all of this.
The nearby supermarket and patisserie is good. On site restaurant is ok. The specials are very good and reasonably priced.
Location- as this is a residential area it is a bit off the main tourist area. However we successfully used Bolt and the trains. All very reasonable. A local well
Stocked supermarket is a 10 minute walk. It feels very safe- we walked lots (mainly downhill) and then got a taxi home.
