We had a great trip here - loads to do in the surrounding area, condo had plenty of space and was lovely and quiet. Clubhouse was not worth coming for but the location made up for it.
We stayed here in August and enjoyed it just as much in the cold and snow. Quiet, in a beautiful forest setting, yet just a few miles from busy North Conway and lovely Jackson. This is a place we’ll return to in all seasons.
Fairley's condo was a great place to stay! It was just a short drive to north conway and conway and near lots of hiking. The resort itself is great with lots of amenities. The unit was very comfortable and clean, the AC units were great and the bed was super comfy! Would definitely stay again!
What a cute condo! It's very quiet, open, and nicely set up. I took the kids to the pool and had a blast. The pool is heated but not too warm . . . It didn't matter, though, as it felt great jumping into it after hanging out in the hot tub. (It was by far the best hot tub I've ever used!) The arcade and ping-pong were well-loved by the kids! Will stay here again.
Pleasing space that offers everything for an enjoyable stay. There is a well-supplied kitchen and the bathrooms are well-stocked with toiletries and towels. The covered back deck is inviting. Superb location in Bartlett close to the junction with Rt. 16. Spotty TV reception might be common to this area. Owner was easy to communicate with. Glad we chose this spot and hope to return.
We stayed about 10 nights and did not get bored! Loved the White Mountains!!! This was an excellent location for us. Condo is well kept, hot tub at the club house is huge and HOT, was so nice after a long hike. Neighborhood was great for dog walking on our “rest” days.
This condo has great access if you are heading up Rt 16 to the Mt Washington trails or heading west on Rt 302. Quiet location with no traffic. Under 10 minutes to get into N Conway. The rooms are large, and the kitchen is well equipped if choosing to stay in to cook dinner. We didn't use it, but the clubhouse is a nice option if the weather isn't cooperating. Having our dog with us worked out great. We'll be back.
Location is very convenent to trails and the slopes.
The bunk beds and twin sized bed are helpful for families and I appreciated that it is dog-friendly.
As a rental property, the interior needs some basic updates, such as fresh hand towels/bath towels/wash clothes/kitchen towels that aren't really old and musty.
The condo was really comfortable, roomy, quiet, and great for dog owners, as the road is barely traveled and woods are across the street, with the dumpsters nearby. Everything is on one floor, which we liked even though we are hikers. Our favorite restaurants are better than ever: Ledges, Black Cap, and Flatbread.
The only negative is the door into the building, as we had to wrestle with the lock most times. We had the same problem when we stayed in an adjacent building.
The property was wonderful. It was clean and nicer than I thought it would be. It had everything there we needed, everything worked great. We traveled from quite far and I realized we would get there a few hours before check-in so I emailed the owner who said we could go in early. If my older children were not so miserable about all the walking we would for sure go again!
The only issue we had was getting into the building. The lock is messed up and it took us a little bit to figure out how to get in. This is not an issue with the room but with the door to get into the building
Great jumping off point for White Mountain adventures
We had a great stay. The condo has all the basics you need for a quick getaway and the location is convenient and easy. The access to the club house pool and hot tub was a great perk.
The location was ideal. I loved the fact that I had my own bedroom and bath with all the kids in other rooms. We were a very short driving distance from hectic NO Conway which meant some peace and quiet when we wanted it. We were close to Storyland plus Exho lake and the river activities. Would definitely stay again. The host was very accomodating
This condo was perfect for our stay. Fairley was very communicative and informative about the home and amenities. The process was a breeze. The condo was in great condition, it felt like home from the second we walked in. The pool and hot tub were great for a couple of our rainy days, the clubhouse let us go back to the pool even post checkout. Great location and we would book here again if the timing works out in the future.
