On the ground floor, the main rooms (master bedroom, living room, dining room and separate kitchen) open onto a large 40 m² patio with its summer kitchen and barbecue area; upstairs are the other two bedrooms and the bathroom, with an intimate terrace/solarium. Logement agréable et fonctionnel, très.mignon. bien agencé avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Non loin de la plage et de l'aquarium avec des petits commerces. Agence rapide, donne les bonnes explications On y reviendra.

Très agréable maison , propre et très bien équipée : on s'est sentis comme à la maison

Maison située au milieu d' un ensemble collectif de maisonnettes, avec emplacement de parking réservé et sécurisé. Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux, la propreté, la déco de bon goût et l'équipement ménager et électro ménager (rien ne manque) . Même si les S de B sont petites , (douches étroites), on s'est senti comme à la maison ! On a senti une légère odeur dans la salle de bain du bas (problème d'évacuation des égouts du lotissement ?)
