Beautiful Weekend on the Lake

Find a stretch of time that should have good weather and enjoy it with others here. Was basically summer weather in October for us and perfect water. Fantastic dock and outdoor area overall plus a house with plenty amenities.

Absolutely amazing getaway!

8 of us had a wonderful week at the gathering place! Kitchen had everything we needed. Tons of games to play and things to do on the water. Host was perfect to work with!

The best equipped house I’ve ever rented

As the date approached we received a very detailed document from the host/owner, with everything you might possibly want to know. He also texted several times to confirm we were in and found everything to our liking. The kitchen: incredibly well equipped. You don’t need to bring anything but your own food. The outside: this is where you will be the whole time. Two screened in porches as well as a covered deck over the dock. Our family loved the floating lily pad and the swing from upper deck into the water. The outside kitchen was very useful for drinks, snacks, and food preparation. Two large picnic tables there provide shaded area with seating for everyone, as well as chairs and lounge chairs. There is cornhole to play on the large flat gated front yard, and ping pong on the expansive downstairs screened in porch. The game closet has many games that the host has listed on the information they send you. I would say the only negatives are that the ice maker in frig did not keep up and we had to get ice several times. We were also lucky there were no tenants in the condos right next door; although the neighborhood does have a 10 pm quiet time. After being outside all day, none of us came close to making it until 10 pm! A wonderful family bonding experience for us all.

Amazing Place On The Water

The outdoor photos don't do justice to how great that space is. With the help of the chefs in our party we prepared amazing meals with the outdoor cooking equipment and fed an army. Plenty of space to lounge indoor and out. Lots of easy access water toys to enjoy the river. Don't skip the rope swing.

Better Than Advertised!!

Our family of 14 (grandparents, adult children and grandchildren) love our time together on vacations and this location served us very well! The accommodations were excellent, the generous supply of dishes and appliances were easily able to keep up with our many meals, the high quality towels and linens exceeded our expectations, and the equipment (kayaks, paddle boards, and many life jackets) was top notch and met all our needs. The facilities were very well maintained and the owner could not have been more responsive and accommodating! Did we love it? You bet! And many family memories were created. Highly recommended!

My Husband's 60th Birthday- Family Celebration

We booked this wonderful place for my husband's 60th birthday celebration. Our four children, their kids, and our parents joined us. Everyone- ages 13 months to 89 years old- had a wonderful time! The host thought of everything. We hope to be back!

We had a large party and this place had plenty of room (including sleeping room) for our group. The outdoor fire pit was fantastic for evening gatherings, but our favorite area was by the deck! The kitchen/living room was spacious and it never felt small. We had to contact them for small things and they responded right away!

Great Gathering

Owner was excellent to work with, and made sure we had a great stay. Excellent with the details (sharp, quality knives for example). Lots of space inside and out. The dock and patio are especially nice. We had 9 adults and one infant, with plenty of space, kitchen gear, games, etc…

Spacious, immaculate get-away for a large group!

This place had it all! There was 14 of us and we all had plenty of space! Everything was clean and wonderful! The lily pad, paddle boards and kayaks let us play in the water even on the 2 days of cold weather! The swing was a little intimidating for my old self, but the kids loved it! All the different levels for seating and chilling was literally perfect! We had such a great time and would come back here in a SECOND! In fact, my hubby kept saying he wanted to buy it! lol

Perfect escape

Property accommodated our 3 families with abundant space. It came with everything we needed to enjoy the long weekend. It’s close to Spider Mountain, a winery, and a State Park with caverns. We will definitely return!

Exactly what we were looking for. The house is towards the end of the river so it’s much quieter on boat traffic than the houses that are towards the main lake area.

Truly a Gathering Place

We have rented several houses on this lake. This one by far tops them all. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was stocked with anything a family could want. There were plenty of towels, and of great quality. The outdoor areas were over the top. Everything was thought about for a great time. Awesome Firepit area. Plenty of parking. Easy access to boat dock. Plenty of room to park mutiple boats. Over all, BEST WEEKEND EVER!

Surpassed expectations!

We cannot say enough about this amazing property and how wonderfully it met all of our needs! The house is incredibly spacious, had ample sleeping space, and we loved how many different conversation/gathering areas there were inside and outside. The kitchen was amazingly prepared for feeding a large group. The owners have obviously put extra effort into making the kitchen more than sufficient for what a large gathering of people would ever need…from the well stocked kitchen essentials, dinnerware/silverware, and eating spaces in and out, we were lacking nothing at meal times!! The outside space was a hit with all ages…relaxing on the water mat, paddle boarding, enjoying the view from the top of the deck, and the biggest hit…the rope swing! Getting our boat to the property was easy and convenient too! It was just perfect for our large bunch! The hosts were incredibly quick to respond and answered any questions that we had before and during our stay right away! This property far surpassed our expectations. We made incredible family memories during our stay and plan on returning in the future!!

Lake Vacation

We absolutely loved this house. We really enjoyed the dock for hanging out on and drinking coffee in the morning, fishing, and tying the Lilly Pad off and swimming. We also took advantage of having access to the very nice paddle boards down by dock. The house is beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything that we needed while we were there for cooking meals and for getting everyone settled in for sleeping. The owners were super responsive and I felt they went over and above to make sure we were well informed about the property and answering any questions we had before we checked in and while we were staying there. I would recommend this property to anyone.
