Before booking, please note that there is a facade renovation of the building at the moment, there might be noise and visual nuisances in march 2025 and april 2025 for now. The price has gone lower because of that.

Designed with open living and dining areas, relax in this peaceful haven after spending a long day exploring the city. Please take note that the ceiling is around 2m high (usually, on average, the ceiling is around 2,20m high).
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven and a toaster.
All 3 bedrooms contain a queen bed and two single beds respectively. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Just for info, the bathroom entrance door is 1,80 high. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Residents of the 1st arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Louvre and the “Musée des arts décoratif”s of Paris, rue de Rivoli, the district is rich in theatres, first and foremost the “Comédie Française”, but also the Châtelet and the Palais Royal.
As for cinema-goers, they can enjoy the gigantic “Halles” complex, with its 27 theatres, in the “Forum des Halles”.
Stylist or fashion fan, the luxury stores on rue Saint Honoré will not leave you indifferent. For a fun outing, don't miss the elegant tea rooms on the rue de Rivoli, the Japanese restaurants on the rue Sainte-Anne, or the large choice of fast-food restaurants in the “Forum des Halles”.
My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!
The nearest train station is Pyramides (lines 7, 14) - just 2 mins away on foot.
Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is a 45-mins drive from the flat.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
