Spring Weekend

Our family, with adult children, spent the weekend in Boone. Each bedroom has a bathroom which makes it very convenient. Such a peaceful area and house! Close to everything in town. So clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for us to gather. We were able to be together and make great memories.

A AMAZING

I hate to give this house such a good review because I fear I’ll never get the house again. This home was amazing. Stayed with my family (me, wife, two kids) visiting our son at APP. The home was pristine clean, well decorated and has anything you need in an amazing location close to APP State, food, shopping etc. I hope to be back soon. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!!

Comfortable, new, clean!

We enjoyed the location and comfort of this house. Elizabeth, the host, was very responsive and thorough. The house has been recently updated and it felt like an upscale hotel. Highly recommend if you are in the Boone or Blowing Rock area.

We booked the house for a wedding weekend. The house was exactly as advertised. It was spotlessly clean and throughly stocked. Elizabeth, the owner, was very helpful, efficient and kind. Highly recommended property!!

Modern retreat, great location

We loved our stay at The Ivy. With three bedrooms and three full bath, it was perfect for a girls trip. Everything about the house was comfortable and modern, from the beds, to living area, and kitchen/dining, Each room is very nicely decorated and loved that each bed had a warm duvet comforter on it. Thank you Elizabeth for hosting us in your beautiful home. We will be back soon!

Wonderful Property

A great property, exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and more for family weekend in Boone moving one of our daughters in to APP state and enjoying the area. 3 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, was a definite plus. Good location to get to shopping for all items needed, (Publix, Harris teeter, Walmart, Home Goods, TJ Max etc). Host was super easy to work with, great communication. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

Everything about this place is great. Location was amazing and near anything we wanted. Enough room for every person. So spacious!! Can’t say enough about this house. Truly 10/10.

Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay at this home and definitely will be renting here again when we come back. Everything was clean and updated. We had snow during our stay and the house was easily accessible with salted roads. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed with family for niece's graduation from Appalachian. The house was perfect for 6 people. There was plenty of room, the house was nicely stocked and the location was close to everything. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

This house was exactly what we needed for a 3-day getaway. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was spotless, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities that we needed. The location was super convenient to everything nearby. Great Place and Location

Elizabeth’s house was great. It is exactly as pictured, was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It has been nicely remodeled on inside and is very comfortable. Lots of towels, dishes and coffee cups, etc. It is quiet and location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will plan to stay again when visiting Boone

I love this house and have stayed here before. It is a beautiful remodel that says, 'enjoy and relax'. My mom really needed a break from being a care taker and this was the perfect place for it. It is also convenient to many of the sights in the Boone area.
