Beautiful 60 sqm apartment 'Captain Nemo' with a south west facing terrace.
The apartment includes two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.

The bathroom with a Raindance shower and the guest bathroom in marble and granite provide a Mediterranean flair. Towels and bed linen are provided once. The Community sauna can be used any time. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. The beach can be reached with a 2-minute walk.

Strandnähe

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super nah am Strand und 10 min zu Fuß zur Ortsmitte. Insgesamt war es sehr gemütlich und auch die Küche wunderbar ausgestattet. Allerdings müssten Mal neue Matratzen her und auch die Kommunikation könnte besser sein. Es ist Wohnung Nr 2, für alle die verwundert vor der Tür stehen. Und auch eine kurze Einweisung mit WLAN, Saunabenutzung etc wäre nützlich. Nur geeignet bei Anreise mit Auto, da der Schlüssel 25 min zu Fuß entfernt abgeholt werden muss.

Erholsame Tage in schöner Umgebung

In der modernen und sehr sauberen Wohnung, die an einer ruhigen Straße liegt, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher noch einmal dorthin reisen. :-)

Eine Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet Gute Lage, sowohl zum Strand, als auch in den Ort Komme gerne wieder

Unterkunft prima, FeWo-direkt weniger

Die Unterkunft hätte eine noch bessere Bewertung verdient, wenn FeWo-direkt die Daten des Anbieters vollständig übermittelt hätte. Dann hätten sich viele Rückfragen erübrigt und die Anreise wäre entspannter verlaufen.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen ,ruhig und man ist schnell am Strand.

Die Lage ist 10 min. zum Zentrum und 2 min. zum Strand. Lokale zum Essen ca. 5 min. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und recht neu. Wohnraum und Küche sehr schön, Doppelschlafzimmer klein aber ausreichend. Das Zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Das Bad ist schön, aber die Dusche für einen 195 cm großen Mann sehr eng.Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Terassenmöbel, Sonnenliegen und vor allem Insektenschutzgitter vor fast jedem Fenster.Insgesamt ist das Haus auch sehr ruhig. Zingst ist eine sehr schöne Halbinsel.

Eine sehr schöne und wertig eingerichtete Wohnung

Eine Woche in der Wohnung war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir haben uns in der ansprechenden Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es stimmte von der Einrichtung und der Lage einfach alles. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Zngstbesuch wieder gerne auf das Objekt zurückkommen.

Wunderbare Ferien

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verlebt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und hat eine riesige Terrasse, von morgens bis abends kann man den Sonnenschein genießen. Das gesamte Haus besticht durch eine hochwertige Bauweise. 2 Stellplätze, 2 x TV sind ein weiterer Bonus und natürlich die Sauna. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
