In a small private residence, recent house (single storey), near the beach and shops, with terrace. Neat interior decoration. A parking space.
1 living room-kitchen area, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (140 and 90), 1 bathroom (sink, shower), 1 separate toilet.
Equipment: 1 vitro-ceramic hob (2 burners), 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 refrigerator, 1 dishwasher, 1 TV, 1 washing machine, 1 iron, 1 vacuum cleaner and 1 garden furniture. Free WIFI access.
Location: approx. 700 m from the beach, 300 m from the shopping center and 1,000 m from the shops in the city center.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
Option: end of stay cleaning on reservation: €70 package, linen is not provided.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
