Lovely water mill.

Property was as described. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Four of the five bedrooms are spacious, one is rather cramped with a sloping roof. Some might find the noise of the constant water flow distracting, we found it soothing. The village is quaint and authentic in an agricultural area but its quite far to go to get supplies. We loved this place, we were all adults but I think there would be too little to do for children.

Très bon séjour. Le propriétaire est tres sympathique, très disponible et très arrangeant. Nous avons passé un après-midi au lac qui est tres bien aménagé et on avons visité Troyes qui vaut le coup. Le seul bemol : le bruit du moulin sur la terrasse et un 2ème frigo serait appreciable

Expérience à l’huitre.

Communication avec le propriétaire top !! La maison est proche de troyes, Nigloland, et au milieu de la campagne. Un grand bol d’aire, nous recommandons.

Superbe séjour :-)

Nous avons passé 4 jours agréables pour le Nouvel An. La maison a du charme, est très bien équipée, est propre. Le propriétaire est très facilement joignable et aidant. Le village est calme, la ville de Troyes dans les environs attractive tout comme les producteurs de champagne. Un nouvel an au top!

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle

Le temps d'un très court week-end, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison, très propre et fonctionnelle pour notre groupe de 8 personnes. Compte tenu du temps vraiment très pluvieux, nous avons pu cocooner au chaud. Le propriétaire/ gérant a gentiment adapté les modalités d'arrivée et de départ selon nos contraintes. Le cadre extérieur semblait très sympathique. On a donc une très forte envie d'y revenir.

Soirée entre amis pendant une rando moto

Propriétaire arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ. Maison bien équipée avec aspirateurs, machines... il ne manque rien. Maison entretenue, pas de toiles pas d'araignées même derrière les tables de chevet ou sous les lits... bravo c'est si rare surtout pour une si grande maison 👍👏.lits ok, chambres spacieuses. Le moulin à eau sous la terrasse est un peu bruyant à la longue si on fait un repas sur la terrasse je pense mais c'est aussi l'originalité. Vue magnifique sur la rivière, endroit sympa et pratique pour la pêche même depuis la terrasse. Si on doit retourner par ici, c'est une adresse à garder. Allez-y sans hésiter. 👍

Bon gîte et bon accueil

Le gîte est agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, avec beaucoup d'espace extérieur. Nous étions 10 et avons tous bien apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire et le logement. Je recommande ce gîte.
