Grand Canyon Vacation

Loved this stay. Close to Sedona and the Canyon. Host communication was excellent. Family enjoyed the accommodations as did I. Definitely a save.

This was a great house for our family to stay in for graduation! Two main suites, one up, one down and two additional BRs was ample space for our group. Open downstairs was perfect for entertaining!

Escape to the mountains

Our visit was very nice but too short! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The house has a peaceful and cozy feel. The host was patient and friendly, and responded right away when I had questions. We will definitely rent again!

When you walk in its beautiful, bright, and Has stylish additions. There was room for everyone and aloud us to have an amazing weekend. Its location is perfect just 10 minutes from down town.

Best Property Managers!!

Had a little staycation with my adult daughter and niece and it was wonderful! Plenty of space. Nice quiet neighborhood and excellent location. The cleaning crew forgot to take care of the outdoor area but the property manager offered to send them back out. We had a little Smoke Detector Adventure but Melissa, Roy and Richard were FANTASTIC hosts and were completely accessible! Plus we received a surprise delivery of melting, hot delicious Crumble Cookies from Melissa, Roy and Lindsey!! What an unexpected and amazing surprise! Thanks again!! We’d definitely stay here again or in any properties managed by this terrific team!!

My cousins and I enjoyed our stay here at the Relm House! Very spacious, clean and a great neighborhood. The hosts were great with communication and the check-in/check-out process was easy! Would love to stay again!

Fantastic rental!

This was a great rental home for two families looking for a getaway from the city to do some skiing. The home was clean and comfortable and fit our group nicely! Communication was also fantastic, questions were answered promptly and politely. One tiny thing, that wasn't a problem, the surprise hot tub! We didn't realize there was one and were pleasantly surprised to find it on arrival. Quick trips to the store to get bathing suits may have happened. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and close to lots of amenities in Flagstaff and a short drive to Arizona Snowbowl!

Celebrating my 40th Birthday

I grew up in Cleveland so on my Bday it usually is snowing! I wanted to see snow for my 40th Birthday, so what does a Phoenician do...? Plan a staycation in Flagstaff! This house is amazing very modern and spacious! The property manager Melissa was prompt to respond regarding any communications. We brought pretty much everything for the meals but the kitchen does have more than enough seasonings and spices! The only downside was that the house didn’t have a shovel. When it was time to check out we attempted to push broom our way out of the garage which didn’t do much, since the home is on a cul-da-sac so all of the snow mounds from the street were pushed up against the driveway. We ended up having to notify Melissa to send someone to come shovel us out! The young man came immediately and worked his best to at least make tracks for our cars to drive through. Other than that, which clearly had nothing to do with the actual property and everything to do with Mother Nature, our stay was amazing!

Perfect New Year getaway

This newer home is perfect for a northwoods getaway. Modern, clean and spacious, this cozy home offers 4 bedrooms including two master suites. Downtown is close enough to run errands but far enough to offer some seclusion. The owners were incredibly responsive. We can't wait to be back.
