Great location in Loreto to visit the historic section if the city. Vic makes a great margarita which was greatly appreciated. Host was always available to answer any questions.

Disliked: Communication
Sent multiple texts to owner about issue with fridge in room continuously running, actually overheating; and also making room quite hot. Also a fire hazard as this made fridge plug into wall receptacle very hot. I unplugged fridge then defrosted it - freezer part was clogged up with over 4 Inches thick of Ice, so I did 2 hours thawing & cleaning entire fridge and area around it before replugging.
Owner never responded to my texts at all - not good!
The room was right next to street so was noisy (understandable)
Room was clean and covered area right outside room was nice to have.
Disappointed. I guess for a one night travel stop, if you don’t mind a dark room with a shower the dribbles and the sound of water in the floor pipes gurgling by from when your neighbors shower, it would be ok. The location is great that’s about it. We paid for 5 nights left after 2

Disliked: Cleanliness
This is good value but it was not super clean just ok. I never had hot water and on the last day - no water (which was likely due to Loreto issues not Hotel issues). The room could be good if the linens were upgraded and more emphasis was put on cleanliness. The location is very good and the property is secure. If other rooms are occupied it can be noisey but otherwise very quiet.
We had a great time here and Victor gave us a great room. Like others have said, it is very convenient to everything, It was clean, comfortable, updated, gated parking for cars and Victor is easy to find if you need something. Also, would also recommend Vics around the corner (also owned by the family) for great Margaritas and fun bartenders and guests! Will definitely come back next time we're in Loreto.
Sound isolation was the only drawback — I could hear people in the other rooms and in the courtyard pretty clearly/loudly. But other than that, no complaints. And the crowd of locals at Vic’s is fun.

Secure. Quiet. In a grear location. 50 peso happy hour margaritas at Vic's as an added bonus.
We loved staying here and we adored Loreto. This location is 2 blocks from the historical city center and two blocks from the Sea. Just perfect. We will be back!
